Very impressed by the fast and efficient service from the CML team. Communication throughout the job from Nicola in the central team was clear throughout in terms of when engineers were visiting and certificates and invoices were provided promptly with easy payment mechanisms. Two engineers worked on our job across different days and both Saul and Chad provided a quick and efficient service. Would highly recommend CML again for future work.

Recommended by a friend for boiler and radiators annual service, which they did very efficiently. Then also had staff qualified to service our invented hot water cylinder and expansion tank. Again , came at time arranged and replaced nonfunctioning expansion tank. Their office communications are very prompt and polite. Altogether I highly recommend.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough! Plumbing and Electrical services are second to none, they have such sound knowledge. Also the online system, tracking service and so on, makes it easy to pay invoices and track receipts. I recently had a EV charger installed by this company and cannot fault the service. The initial survey was excellent they took the time to explain everything. I can't recommend Joe from Manchester enough! From the moment I contacted Zodiac, the customer service was top-notch. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that fit my busy schedule. When the plumber arrived, he was not only on time but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was completed efficiently, and he made sure to clean up afterward, leaving my home just as he found it. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Thankyou to Tyler for helping my mum with a few jobs that needed repairing and replacing in her home. Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.
