Brilliant service from LARC Plumbing and Heating. When I was struggling to get someone out to fix a significant leak, these lads really helped, offered to fix it whilst I was at work, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated with everything...definitely recommend and would definitely use again!

Fantastic service. Very honest. I was quoted £400 and £220 to fix a radiator from other companies. James saw the pics and provided a very reasonable price. Was respectful in every way and even took shoes off when working. Cleaned up after. Great service - and I’ll be using James to replace a bathtub in the forseeable future. Had a boiler failure - these guys responded quickly, and immediately diagnosed a pump failure. Ordered parts appeared the next day. Found a few other issues, such as wrong photocell (installed by previous plumber). Hugely professional, and informed me of all the work that was done - and showed me the failed parts. I would highly recommend them.

What can I say! I rang IGS plumbing on Monday these gents turned up on Tuesday as promised and what a brilliant job. Put British Gas to shame 10/10 . A great service at a great price. Had an emergency leak under the floor boards meaning water was coming through the front room ceiling. Called IGS Plumbing who came within 25 minutes and mangled to fix the problem with ease. Answered all questions and made sure everything was ok before they left. Price was also extremely reasonable. Happy with the service provided and will definitely use again. I had new washing machine delivered but was unable to be installed as pipework connection needed to be upgraded. I contacted Gavin who arrived within 24 hours.He fitted a new part and took the time to install the machine and test it worked ok.He also successfully resolved a minor issue with dripping kitchen tap. Excellent communications and he came across as helpful, polite and friendly.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Where do I start. Called him and he was at my house within the same day, bang on time and got straight on the job. Extremely nice guy and very charismatic. Makes you feel very at ease with the fact he has extensive plumbing experience. He also fixed my toilet for me out of good will too and charged a very fair price that we paid him a few pound extra.
