Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Rob at Peak Plumbing went out of his way to help us over the phone first thing this morning when we had a plumbing emergency and then came to our house only an hour later. He checked the situation, gave us great advice then came back again later on with all the tools he needed to get the job done. He made sure he stayed until he fixed the pipe and even cleaned up as well. Professional, helpful, and a thoroughly nice bloke. Cannot recommend them higher!

The guys from Peak came to my rescue today and fitted my cooker, very knowledgeable and professional . the guys came to fix someone else`s cowboy work and found the cause of the problem fast and put it right. Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Recently booked a boiler service and radiator replacement with Lacey's after they were recommended to me by my daughter. The service I received was friendly, professional, responsive and to a high standard. Thank you to Rebecca (office) and Danny (engineer).

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!
