I have used Peter a few times for plumbing emergencies. Excellent communication, very tidy, turns up quickly and is happy to give practical advice before he turns up to avoid a leak. I am so pleased he came highly recommended from my local plumbers merchant. I can’t recommend him enough.

We would highly recommend Pete. We have used him for a handful of plumbing emergencies the last couple of years and he's always been super quick to respond and resolve our issues (and reasonably priced too!) One of our issues was with an upstairs loo which was leaking and also making a dreasful "foghorn" noise when it flushed which he solved the same day and the other bathroom also had a leak and an old antique toilet with a wooden cistern that other plumbers were too afraid to go near. Not only did Pete fix this for us, but through a labour of love, he took it away, releaded it for us and sanded it / brought it back to life and it now looks beautiful back in the bathroom. Pete is a friendly, professional plumber and we wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. If you have an issue, you need someone there ASAP to fix it and want the job to be done right, first time. Then Pete is your man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Phoned Pete pm and arranged for am appt next day. Pete arrived on time, fitted a new part and gave info on the problem. Problem of water continually running into toilet bowl from cistern solved. Will use again as Pete was a pleasant plumber.

I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. I have used Zak a number of times now for many jobs of varying sizes. I have used him not only for my rental properties but also for my home during house renovations. I have used other plumbers in the past but with Zak it is different. He is genuine, trustworthy and capable of fixing any plumbing issue efficiently and cost effectively. These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

We choose M&R Plumbing and Heating to fit our new boiler because we wanted a local company that we could deal with face to face and have confidence that the advice prior to fitting and the finished job would suit what we required. Also that the installation would be completed on time and to an excellent standard and post fitting any questions or concerns we had would be dealt with effectively, all within a competitive price. That is exactly what we received. All the way through the home visit to advise on what system we needed through to the completed installation it could not have gone smoother. M&R kept us updated at every stage of the boiler fitting and system reinstatement, effectively managed a few questions and post fitting queries we had and were very professional at all times. I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

Great service - totally trustworthy and honest, Chris contradicted previous "visitors" who had recommended a new boiler, and instead confirmed that my existing boiler is pretty good and could quickly be repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new one. He did it there and then, sorted it all out, now I have properly functioning central heating again! Excellent!

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first
