I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of plumbing services. His work is top-notch, and he truly cares about delivering excellent service.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. We’ve just had our annual service from Martindales. The engineer arrived when they said he would. He put on over shoes to enter our home, he was very polite and worked professionally and tidily. After he had finished there was no mess and thankfully no issues!

R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and rating him the full 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement part in stock and had my boiler up and running again in 15 minutes (the issue was blown fuse board), I was very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending him, well deserved 5 stars, thank you again.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

Just had Peter out today. I tried numerous plumbers who don’t turn up when they say they will and one who was really rude and expensive but Peter turned up within half an hour, communicated effectively, diagnosed the problem immediately (when previous plumbers didn’t) and fixed it there and then. Also, he’s actually a really nice man. Card only so nice and safe too. Thank you so much because I was getting so anxious after 2 weeks of unsuccessfully not fixing the leak!

We would highly recommend Pete. We have used him for a handful of plumbing emergencies the last couple of years and he's always been super quick to respond and resolve our issues (and reasonably priced too!) One of our issues was with an upstairs loo which was leaking and also making a dreasful "foghorn" noise when it flushed which he solved the same day and the other bathroom also had a leak and an old antique toilet with a wooden cistern that other plumbers were too afraid to go near. Not only did Pete fix this for us, but through a labour of love, he took it away, releaded it for us and sanded it / brought it back to life and it now looks beautiful back in the bathroom. Pete is a friendly, professional plumber and we wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. If you have an issue, you need someone there ASAP to fix it and want the job to be done right, first time. These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Great price and fantastic customer service with a quick turn around. I promise you won't look back.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.
