These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Such a fantastic plumber, Allan visited my home in the morning to do a few jobs for me. He fitted a new tap in my bathroom, replaced an electric shower, changed a part in my toilet and fixed a small leak on some pipe work. Excellent finish and all done with a smile on his face.

Mo carried out a boiler repair for my father. He was very pleasant and took extra care in helping my elderly father. Mo even remediated the issue with the correct parts, which the insurance supplied engineer stated that it was not possible to be repaired! This demonstrated Mo’s experience and knowledge to remediate an issue which others wrote off. Very happy with the service received from Mo and the cost charged was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Mo installed a new boiler and smart thermostat in our home, after our original boiler had begun failing. Mo was able to turnaround quotes and start work quickly, given the need for having a working boiler up and running. Mo was professional, efficient, and took care in the work carried out. We will for sure consider Mo for any future plumbing/heating work we might need.

MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain my options and ensure I understood the installation process. The installation itself was carried out efficiently, by Josh and Stefan with great attention to detail. They left my home spotless, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Hive was fully explained and they even helped us to get a radiator up and working again. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys

Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath! The price was really reasonable and he explained everything he did which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend him and use him again - but hopefully I won't need to. I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out.
