We called LBP with a plumbing emergency, our bathroom had flooded due to a burst pipe. We turned off our water but subsquently this left use without water or toilet facilities. Lee kindly rescheduled some of his appointments so he could resolve the issue.Lee is professional, friendly and efficient. The burst basin pipe was was resolved and we also asked Lee if he could look at another problem with the toilet cistern, this issue was also resolved with the same efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend LBP Plumbing (we will certainly be keeping hold of Lee's telephone number). Thanks Lee for a job perfectly done.

Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath! The price was really reasonable and he explained everything he did which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend him and use him again - but hopefully I won't need to. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Such a fantastic plumber, Allan visited my home in the morning to do a few jobs for me. He fitted a new tap in my bathroom, replaced an electric shower, changed a part in my toilet and fixed a small leak on some pipe work. Excellent finish and all done with a smile on his face.

Mo really gives his 100% to make sure he is giving the best of his services, In the last cold snap, our boiler stopped working and everyone else said replace the boiler and that was pricey, Mo did an excellent job with it, explaining all the issues and fixing my boiler at 1/5 of the price with all the guaranteed work.. it has been running for over a month now - No problem at all and I can now replace it at my convenience. Top Gas Engineer!! 👷

We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler.
