Steve responded quickly to my phone call and came out that same day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour, doing a final check through to ensure everything was sound. Fast, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Top service arrived within 30 minutes and identified the fault by thoroughly checking all circuits. Good price would be very happy to use him again.

On the 23rd we paid a deposit amounting to £1500 so I hope you understand we are concerned not to hear from you despite having daily communication the day before paying the deposit. I'm trying to be patient as I know you have other jobs to do but the builders need to finish plastering and we have wires poking out of the walls. I have attached images so you can take a look at the unfinished work Even if you don't have time to come over we would appreciate a reply so we can understand what to do with the wires, etc and when you can come to finish the job. I would 100% recommend Brunton Brothers. They have helped with our boiler and also the installation of new radiators throughout our house. Cheryl is extremely prompt and helpful in her communication. We were provided with a range of different radiator options and she was always willing to answer any queries we had in order to ensure we got the perfect radiators to suit our needs. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!
