Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

I would 100% recommend Brunton Brothers. They have helped with our boiler and also the installation of new radiators throughout our house. Cheryl is extremely prompt and helpful in her communication. We were provided with a range of different radiator options and she was always willing to answer any queries we had in order to ensure we got the perfect radiators to suit our needs. Her colleagues who installed the radiators did a fantastic job and we are really pleased with how they have turned out. I contacted Brunton Brothers on the recommendation of several family members who'd had a great experience with the team, to arrange a service on our boiler and inspection of two gas fireplaces which hadn't been used since we'd moved in our house. Dan and Chris came to do a 'mini' bathroom conversion for us. We wanted to change our bath (second photo) to a shower+bath combi (first photo). It's a small job that I struggled to find anyone to do for. A lot of people I contacted either did not bother to reply to my call/message, or promised a quote but never turned up. Dan gave the best price among all quotes I had, and came on a Sunday to finish the job to a high standard. Really pleased with their work and they are very nice chaps too! Will definitely use them again in the future. I would highly recommend!

We recently had a new radiator installed by Dan, and we are so so pleased with the service. The job was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day.
