Recently booked a boiler service and radiator replacement with Lacey's after they were recommended to me by my daughter. The service I received was friendly, professional, responsive and to a high standard. Thank you to Rebecca (office) and Danny (engineer).

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Just had a new bathroom fitted by Paul and his team, and we are very happy with the outcome. The work is first class and the room now looks amazing. They're a great bunch of guys and in addition to doing a great job, they were very good on COVID protocols and cleaned up every last bit of mess as well. Outstanding service.

We were very pleased with Quality Gas Manchester when they supplied and fit our new boiler. Sam arrived on time when he came to provide a quote and again when he came to install the new boiler, he was easy to get in touch with in the lead up to the installation date with any queries we had, and he completed the installation to a high standard. Sam arrived in the time slot given and inspected the boiler informed me of a faulty part took time to show me and explained the issue He made a call to see if he could get a replacement part within 30 mins he was back with the part and fitted carried out the service. What a superstar! We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to find our dining room carpet soaked. We phoned Matt and he came out to us straight away, worked out what the problem was, went and bought a new part and came back and fitted it, reset the boiler and bled all the upstairs radiators. We were thrilled that he was able to reassure us on a Sunday morning and resolve our problem in such a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend MTG.

I would highly recommend Matt. He did our bathroom for us last year a whole new refurb and did an amazing job. Our boiler has been playing up I messaged Mat tand he came out the following morning, he did what he could do to and found the fault. He could fix it but due to our boiler no longer being made it’s best to get a whole new boiler which Matt has sorted for us. He always does such a good job! And cleans up afterwards which is really appreciated. He ended up fitting us our new tap for us to. We can’t thank you enough for squeezing us in and getting us sorted!

Matt recently fitted a boiler for us. He gave us a quote with a few different options, we went with the Ideal Vogue Max. His prices were reasonable and his workmanship was very good. We had been having issue with dropping pressure but all these issues are now gone. I would highly recommend Matt (I already have to someone!) and will definitely call him for any further plumbing and heating work.

Best Plumber EVER! Daz has fitted two bathrooms, a downstairs loo, multiple radiators and my boiler (including the on going boiler servicing) and I would highly recommend. He is reliable, thorough, clean, patient and a genuinely lovely guy! I have also recommended him to multiple people and he has fitted multiple boilers for my family and friends and they have all been delighted too!

Tommy is a real genuine and honest guy. Contacted him regarding a potential rat issue with the drainage, Tommy offered free advice on how to deal it. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tommy in future and would highly recommend.

Tommy completed a drainage survey for me which he completed promptly and then provided a thorough report. Tommy also took the time to explain the report over the phone which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Tommy from Madden drainage was bang on time and did a very efficient check on our drains including clearing out tree roots. He was knowledgeable, reliable and professional. We would definitely use Maddon drainage again and have no hesitation in recommending Tommy.

Very satisified with the service. Tommy is quick, friendly and professional. Quoted a few and Maden is a fair price. Though Tommy was busy he is willing to come the same day after completed all his bookings late that day as know we want it solves urgently. He also recommends how to prevent it happens. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!
