I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. He also went to my aunties house as she had a problem with her toilet not flushing. He went to suppliers got a new unit and fitted within the hour. Fantastic to find someone who can repair things. Super service. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Absolutely top notch service. There was a blockage in my plumbing, affecting water flow through the hot tap. The team carried out a methodical process of elimination and resolved the issue. R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and rating him the full 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement part in stock and had my boiler up and running again in 15 minutes (the issue was blown fuse board), I was very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending him, well deserved 5 stars, thank you again.

Had a new boiler fitted last year.Lee was very professional and offered great advice. When the boilers annual service was due this week I had no hesitation in calling Lee again. Very pleased with my new gas fire fitted by Lee, would highly recommend him. He kept me updated with times of his arrival, he was very knowledgeable about his trade, found him to be friendly and trustworthy and would definitely use him again. Used Lee to install a new vertical radiator for us. He responded really quickly and popped around and gave us a really reasonable quote. He is a really friendly and helpful person. Having been recently let down by our regular engeneer , I was given Lees number to arrange a service on our boiler . It was the best call I had ever made. ! Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. Did both my houses to a high standard finish, both the bathrooms and boilers, The boilers came with a unbelievable warranty!! I had two jobs completed by P&D; 1. Worcester Bosch boiler replaced in loft including controller, system filter, additional filling loop and gas pipe upgrade. Excellent job which has a 12 year guarantee because P&D are Worcester Bosch accredited installers. 2. A few weeks later had all ground floor radiators and valves replaced , another excellent job. P&D are the kind of people you can trust to come into your home and do a great job. Their customer service is brilliant.

Have used P&D for the odd jobs over the years and finally decided to renovate our bathroom after a leak. Friendly, honest and professional from the beginning, reasonably priced and other than a few setbacks and snags here and there (which were easily and quickly remedied) the job itself did not take that long.
