We were introduced to Lee last year when Lee installed our new boiler. Lee has returned this year to do our anual service. it is daunting trying to find a good tradesman so plessed we found Lee He is an excellent workman, very polite and clearly explains and shows you what he is doing. I would definitely highly recommend Lee.

Had a new boiler fitted last year.Lee was very professional and offered great advice. When the boilers annual service was due this week I had no hesitation in calling Lee again. He arrived promptly and got on with the job. He really treats your property like it was his own, tidying up and leaving exactly as he found it. Very professional and highly recommended.

Used Lee to install a new vertical radiator for us. He responded really quickly and popped around and gave us a really reasonable quote. He is a really friendly and helpful person. Having been recently let down by our regular engeneer , I was given Lees number to arrange a service on our boiler . It was the best call I had ever made. ! Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. Rang yesterday evening (Saturday) to fix a boiler issue. Arranged to come out the next day, despite it being a Sunday. The gas engineer, Haroon, was very professional. Removed sludge, serviced the boiler (after another company had done half a job) and provided sound advice. Tidy, communicated well...will definitely keep his number to hand for the future.

I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. He also went to my aunties house as she had a problem with her toilet not flushing. He went to suppliers got a new unit and fitted within the hour. Fantastic to find someone who can repair things. Had a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling and it was tripping the electricity. Contacted Adnan, he was honest about his availability and when he came he identified where the leak was underneath the bath tub. Very helpful and good value. The owner spend 15 minutes to repair 2 old taps glands which do not in production anymore and only charged for materials. Saved me at least £50 to change the whole tap

Called in on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a part for my tap. Very friendly and helpful, advised me that I actually needed a new ceramic valve, that sounded expensive but they were only £10 for the pair, slightly different to the one I had but was assured I could take it back if I needed to. There was no need as they fitted the tap which is now working again. Would definitely recommend 😊

Needed help repairing an old mixer tap. Needed a washer for the neck and replacement tap headgear. The parts were hard to find. “Stop tap and switch” was recommended by Plumbase as unfortunately they didn’t have the parts. Very nice bloke at “stop tap and switch” had the neck washer available and owing to the fact the tap headgear was no longer available to buy he took apart, repaired, greased up the internals and put a new washer on the tap headgear. He was informative throughout and gave me tips on reassembly, it’s all back together and working perfectly for the total price of 50 pence. Ace finding people who know their stuff. I’ll deffo be back.

R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and rating him the full 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement part in stock and had my boiler up and running again in 15 minutes (the issue was blown fuse board), I was very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending him, well deserved 5 stars, thank you again.
