I have used Zak a number of times now for many jobs of varying sizes. I have used him not only for my rental properties but also for my home during house renovations. I have used other plumbers in the past but with Zak it is different. He is genuine, trustworthy and capable of fixing any plumbing issue efficiently and cost effectively. He always goes above and beyond. With Zak, I know, I have found a plumber for life. If only there were more tradespeople like him.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of plumbing services. His work is top-notch, and he truly cares about delivering excellent service.

Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Simons been our go to Plumber for as long as we’ve owned our house. All sorts of works such as bathroom and radiator repair, always been really happy with the service!

We’ve just had our annual service from Martindales. The engineer arrived when they said he would. He put on over shoes to enter our home, he was very polite and worked professionally and tidily. After he had finished there was no mess and thankfully no issues!

A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover.
