Came at short notice it install my new electric oven, as my old one had stopped working. Polite and professional , even identified and fixed my cooker socket that had been wired incorrectly. The job was done all on the same day after giving the quote and in record time. although it was a large amount of work to be done, Mr S and his Co worker were very friendly and swift. Their price was relatively fair compared to what other people had quoted for us.

I had a bedroom light fitted was quite embellished which I didn’t inform unintentionally. I said light needs fitting, now I know speaking to professional electrician that your met to inform. Anyways it was a complex fitting that they was unaware, but they both worked really hard, and had the experience and my light looks beautiful. Mathew and the man who works alongside him very professional nice friendly manner.

I contacted ss electrical services yesterday because I needed an electric cooker wiring, the guy on the phone was very friendly and was available to come out there and then on the day which was very helpful due to it being so close to Christmas, so within 45 minutes the two guys arrived and had the job done in Around 20 minutes I would say, they were nice and friendly and I paid 80 for this service, all in all I would recommend to anyone needing an electric cooker wiring up or any other electrical jobs done. 10/10

I would definitely recommend Joe and his business. We called him to fit two ceiling lamps after trying to do the job ourselves but we ended up with no lighting on ground floor. He was quick, approachable and fairly priced. We’ll call Joe again in future.

Joe was recommended by one of my friends. We recently had a kitchen extension completed and Joe was our electrician from start to finish. Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Not only did I find them to be very professional, clean and tidy in their work I also found them to be very helpful in guiding me to what would work best for me. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Needed a ceiling pendant light fitting changing to a flush mount E27, to accomodate a ceiling fan. Very pleased with the communication, punctuality, friendliness and workmanship from the electrician, very reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. If you want a job doing properly, we would highly recommend Mr Dad’s Property Maintenance. Aadam goes above and beyond and we are very grateful that we found him.

I used MK Electrics for the first time today to have 3 light fittings changed, the electrician, Moz, was exactly on time, he was quick and efficient, happy to answer any questions I had and was very friendly, he didn’t even mind my 3 cats running around! I engaged Adam to install and EV charger at my property which is an old cottage with parking on the opposite side of a private road in front of my house and the electric meter located at the rear of my property. In short, not a simple job. Adam was really clear on pricing, communication in general in terms of when he'd start the job and what time he was arriving etc. In short, Adam did a fantastic job. I called Adam at Jax a few weeks ago to look at installing a new circuit so that my COPD suffering dad could replace his old gas hob with an electric one. Adam quickly visited to assess the job and told me what information he needed to provide an exact quote. Once we supplied the information, Adam quickly responded and then arrived a few days later to carry out the installation of the circuit and hob. All information was clearly conveyed, work carried out tidily, in a timely manner and as described. All relevant certificates, test information, etc was quickly supplied. My dad can now happily use his hob safely with his Oxygen still attached. Excellent work Adam - thanks. A very pleasant, competent professional, who I will have no hesitation in recommending.

We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!
