I called Adam at Jax a few weeks ago to look at installing a new circuit so that my COPD suffering dad could replace his old gas hob with an electric one. Adam quickly visited to assess the job and told me what information he needed to provide an exact quote. Once we supplied the information, Adam quickly responded and then arrived a few days later to carry out the installation of the circuit and hob. All information was clearly conveyed, work carried out tidily, in a timely manner and as described. All relevant certificates, test information, etc was quickly supplied. My dad can now happily use his hob safely with his Oxygen still attached. Excellent work Adam - thanks. A very pleasant, competent professional, who I will have no hesitation in recommending.

I engaged Adam to install and EV charger at my property which is an old cottage with parking on the opposite side of a private road in front of my house and the electric meter located at the rear of my property. In short, not a simple job. Adam was really clear on pricing, communication in general in terms of when he'd start the job and what time he was arriving etc. In short, Adam did a fantastic job. Great work, delivered to time and really tidy cabling through my house, the quality of which was certainly more than I was expecting. He was an incredibly professional and polite person and I could not recommend him more highly. A pleasure to deal with and a (not simple) job done to perfection. Thank you Adam. Much appreciated.

Would highly recommend MK electrics. Marcus did a fantastic job for us, from new sockets, fixing and replacing lights to installing an alarm system. He was always on time, reliable and easy to communicate with. Marcus was really informative and helped us decide what would work best for us. He is very thorough and tidy. I used MK Electrics for the first time today to have 3 light fittings changed, the electrician, Moz, was exactly on time, he was quick and efficient, happy to answer any questions I had and was very friendly, he didn’t even mind my 3 cats running around! We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!

I had a bedroom light fitted was quite embellished which I didn’t inform unintentionally. I said light needs fitting, now I know speaking to professional electrician that your met to inform. Anyways it was a complex fitting that they was unaware, but they both worked really hard, and had the experience and my light looks beautiful. I contacted ss electrical services yesterday because I needed an electric cooker wiring, the guy on the phone was very friendly and was available to come out there and then on the day which was very helpful due to it being so close to Christmas, so within 45 minutes the two guys arrived and had the job done in Around 20 minutes I would say, they were nice and friendly and I paid 80 for this service, all in all I would recommend to anyone needing an electric cooker wiring up or any other electrical jobs done. 10/10

Contacted Eddy after seeing other reviews about his work. Had some extra sockets fitted, an outdoor socket and some CAT6 cable runs. Eddy was very professional all throughout the time he was here, but also friendly and informative about what he was doing etc. Its always hard finding quality tradespeople, but I would definitely ask Eddy back for other work if and when it crops up and would certainly recommend him to anyone else looking for electrical work to be carried out. Very happy with his work.

Absolutely 💯% fabulous Electrician, Eddy put me a Eufy flood light camera up, along with a security light which was recommended by him. Eddy has saved me money as I was going to have a ring doorbell, however the Eufy covers alot more than the doorbell would've. Eddy's work is to a very high standard, he is conscientious with his work, went above and beyond for me. Explains everything thoroughly and ensures his customers are happy, also he is a very clean and tidy worker. Eddy has a great personality, anyone who meets him will have no problem. Getting along with him.

We reached out to Roman to move some sockets and light switches away from an internal wall that was to be removed. He responded quickly with a very reasonably priced quote of £140 after we explained what needed doing. He came out sooner than expected, despite it being very close to Christmas, as this was relatively urgent. Roman was incredibly friendly and informative when he arrived and ran us through everything he was doing. Everything was sorted in a couple of hours with little mess. Even handled a few other issues we spotted but forgot to mention as he had some time left over. All in all great experience with Roman and his apprentice and would definitely recommend them!

Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future.
