My new house needed a full rewire and Gavin and his excellent team did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything very carefully. They started work on time and did a fine job. All my carpets were protected and my home was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. The plastering work was also finished to a high standard with care taken to match the surfaces. Gavin even came in on Saturday to finish off and clean and tidy and I was able to contact him and discuss the work at any time. I would totally recommend Gavin Thompson Electrical if you need a rewire or any smaller electrical jobs.

I would highly recommend Andy, I had a problem with my electric sockets tripping out, called Saturday lunchtime and Andy was at my home in 20 minutes, he resolved the issue. Excellent service and very reasonable price for such short notice, definitely will use him again and recommend him to anyone else.

After a miserable Friday night with no electrics and sockets tripping on a regular basis phoned Andy early on a Saturday morning. No problem be with you shortly. True to his word and he spotted the culprit ( the computer socket ) Tested everything and even had a look at another faulty light switch. A really nice guy who took the time to explain things and at a reasonable rate. Definately a name for any further work.

We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!

Recently had some spot lights installed from Power On and they look great. We were well informed of different coloured lights available and could choose the bezels we wanted. The lights were installed to a high quality and have made the room look much brighter and better. Overall a great service from Kyle and Luis - furniture was covered, all of the mess was cleaned up and the holes from previous lights were even small enough to be filled which Kyle did for us. During our floor-by-floor renovation of an 1800s house, Phil has been our go-to guy for anything electrical.
