Couldn't recommend Toby enough and will use him for all future electrical work! He recently completed an electrical installation for a cellar conversion in our house which included a new ring main and consumer unit, lights, switches and fans. He is so knowledgable, professional and tidy (pretty sure the cellar was cleaner when he left than when he started!) and he helped us make the best choices for the space when we were unsure what to do. Excellent service all round! I left a message for the Electritian and he called me back with 1/2 hour and was able to come out to a fault that day. He was on time, investigated and found the problem and fixed the fault. Because of the intermittent nature of the fault he also didn’t dash off after the fix and waited a while to ensure everything was working as it should be. What was also great was he did all this in a friendly and personable manner. So as I said at the start excellent all round and I would definitely recommend. Toby was professional and reliable, he came to price the job up and provided a detailed quotation for the work promptly. Throughout the job he worked hard and kept us on schedule for our new kitchen fit whilst working with other tradesman on our job. His price was competitive and did over and above what we’d asked. He did an outstanding job; relocating light switches and sockets, repairing faulty switches, installing new sockets and switches, ceiling spotlights and a new consumer box, kitchen plinth lighting, ovens and hob and two outdoor security cameras/sensor lights. Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.
