What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

Throughout the job he worked hard and kept us on schedule for our new kitchen fit whilst working with other tradesman on our job. His price was competitive and did over and above what we’d asked. He did an outstanding job; relocating light switches and sockets, repairing faulty switches, installing new sockets and switches, ceiling spotlights and a new consumer box, kitchen plinth lighting, ovens and hob and two outdoor security cameras/sensor lights. Excellent service all round! I left a message for the Electritian and he called me back with 1/2 hour and was able to come out to a fault that day. He was on time, investigated and found the problem and fixed the fault. Because of the intermittent nature of the fault he also didn’t dash off after the fix and waited a while to ensure everything was working as it should be. What was also great was he did all this in a friendly and personable manner. So as I said at the start excellent all round and I would definitely recommend.
