I spoke to Josh over the weekend and he was at my house by the Tuesday. Incredibly polite, no messing electrician which is hard to come by! Immaculate work too.

Highly recommend Josh. Mine was a small job for an electrician (but not one I wanted to attempt myself) and Josh kindly fit it in at the end of his day which was much appreciated. Josh is a competent and skilled electrician who is also a great general handyman and has done lots of work for me, including moving lighting, removing old sockets and building furniture. Would highly recommend.

Josh is an excellent electrician. I cannot praise him enough. A hard worker, talks to you everything step by step and extremely personable and polite too. He has previously added new plug sockets, plastered up too to fill in part of the channel he created, not many electricians would do this. He closed up some cabling and again plastered up the small remaining hole. He also removed old light fittings and replaced with new. I cannot recommend Josh highly enough. One of the best days when a friend Paul recommended him.

Fantastic service. Following our phone call, Simon came over the next day. The work was completed four days later. James and Ade were really efficient, polite and cleaned up after the work was finished. Price very fair too. Would definitely recommend to others and will use them again.

Not the cheapest but did a first class job. Good communication, arrived bang on time. Removed old fuse box and fitted new consumer unit. Also swapped a light switch and found an issue but spent time to figure out the problem and find a fix. Recommended.

I cannot recommend highly enough. From Louise who took the initial call, Simon who came same day to assess the emergency and then to fixing and installing a new fuse box so everything was up to code within a matter of days. Both Simon and Louise are professional, efficient and friendly with courtesy messages about arrival times and all the work carried out cleanly and expeditiously. Unlike most electricians we've used in the past, he was super responsive, provided a straightforward quote, arrived on time, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done to a high standard. Steve was a pleasure to have working for us, he has been friendly, professional and tidy from start to finish. He fitted a new fuse box and extra sockets for us, even though it was a difficult job due to the design of the house and being nicely decorated nothing was a problem and got the job finished without causing damage. Outstanding service from BEC Electrical Services, Steve and Lee were punctual, informative and extremely professional. Steve's quote was detailed and very reasonable in comparison with other quotes i had received. I highly recommend Matt. He fitted a new alarm system with room and window sensors with an app that’s easy to use and gives me peace of mind. It’ll alert me while I’m out and I can set it while I’m out if I’ve forgotten or once I’m already upstairs at night. I was really impressed with Matt’s work so also organised for him to update my Mum’s alarm system after she was broken into. I have both systems on the same app and we added outdoor sensors so I will be alerted if there’s an intruder in her garden. I found Matt to be really professional and friendly and have appreciated that he’s happy to be contacted with any questions about the systems.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. John was very responsive when I needed a bathroom fan replaced. Found a way to fit this relatively small job into his schedule just a couple of days after I contacted him.
