Absolutely amazing service. Rang up in the morning regarding my Honda Civic Type R as my spare key wasn’t functioning to the car. Chris was there within the hour and replaced the key and got it functioning again. Top service and would recommend to anyone. Very pleased 👍

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company. I called Altrincham Lock & Safe this morning since my front door lock had jammed. I discussed the problem over the phone and he suggested something to try based on his experience. It worked !! What a refreshing change to come across a company that doesn't try to overly profit at your misfortune and is willing to help people out to save everyone time and trouble. The advice was spot on. Broken car key with remote switch, panic! A quick phone call to see if they could do it, 'no problem' he said. I went in and it was replaced in about 10 minutes, panic over. Excellent service and not too expensive. Highly recommended 👍

Called for a locksmith, phone was answered straight away. Took less than 5 minutes to share details. 20 minutes later the locksmith arrived. He was friendly, fast and helpful! Took some time to reassure me that all was working again, handed me my broken key and a replacement key and charged me less than I was quoted by phone. Happy to recommend excellent service.
