What an amazing Company, the staff are polite and very good at what they do, when we have needed them to come out they have arrived very very quickly irrelevant of the time and even though we no longer live in the Oldham area. Would we recommend Jordan, Kirsty and staff without a doubt you honestly would nit regret it they are a relatively new Company but they will certainly go a long way Well done Jordan & Kirsty

Absolutely amazing service. Rang up in the morning regarding my Honda Civic Type R as my spare key wasn’t functioning to the car. Chris was there within the hour and replaced the key and got it functioning again. Top service and would recommend to anyone. Very pleased 👍

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. I locked myself out of the car, luckily on my driveway. Their technician was organised and at my door within an hour. The technician Chris was delightful, extremely polite, and a pleasure to meet. Called for a locksmith, phone was answered straight away. Took less than 5 minutes to share details. 20 minutes later the locksmith arrived. He was friendly, fast and helpful! I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. He was as good as his word and did what he said he would do and followed it. He explained the problem to me answered any questions I had and was very reassuring. He was very reasonable in price too. I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.
