Called Andy to change a door lock at an elderly aunt's. He did this as well as a couple of other issues that he picked up whilst on site. A professional service at a reasonable price, would not hesitate to recommend.

Andy is brilliant. Quick to reply to messages and arrange to come over. Keeps you posted re arrival time. Does an excellent job and, if a repair isn't the solution, he let's you know. Excellent, competitive rates. All of our repairs have been done on the day. We've had him out a couple of times to ours and our daughters houses. He's fixed front doors, back doors, internal doors and windows. He also fitted window retainers (kid proof) and advised us which to use. Cannot recommend Andy enough, wouldn't hesitate to call him. I rang Carl today with an issue that wasn’t urgent, he still turned up and fixed the issue, sorted out the door handle/ lock mechanisms. Gave my partner lots of advice on maintenance, even on the back patio door lock which he didn’t even come up for, told us what products to buy and applied some to improve the mechanism. Would highly recommend, lovely man who goes above and beyond. Even left my partner with a tin of the spray lubricant for maintaining the front door

Door mechanism failed with us all locked out of the house and no way to enter through the back. Carl came out to us as soon as he could, explained what he would do if he had the equipment. He got us inside in 2 minutes without damaging the door and then replaced the mechanism within half an hour. Fantastic service, competitive price - would highly recommend ☺️

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

John attended our home within half an hour of us calling late at night when our front door wouldn’t lock. He was fantastic. Very friendly and professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was as well as walking us through the quality of the replacement parts he was using. Called them for emergency access to a Rock security door with high security lock fitted. Arrived promptly, gained entry and replaced the lock which included a set of five keys which was very handy, and also cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and price very reasonable. Andrew was very quick and completed the job with minimal fuss. Called the same morning and he came out the same day. We had 2 locks changed within 30 minutes and a spare key cut for each lock done there and then. Will definitely use again should I require a locksmith!

Amazing service from Stu, I'd locked my deadlock keys in back of the van, which a lot of other companies didn't want to touch or just wanted to drill the lock. Stu was able to unlock vehicle with no damage caused and was professional during the job. Fantastic company.
