Chris provided an absolutely brilliant service and he went out of his way to resolve the problem with our bi-folding doors which wouldn't shut until Chris re-aligned them. It was a difficult job and other tradesmen failed to sort out the doors but Chris did it! ⭐️He also fitted some thumb turn locks that I'm very pleased with. He was punctual, reliable, polite, friendly and extremely good at his job. I highly recommend Chris and will definitely use him again.

I lost my door keys and was unable to use my front door. I called CJW locksmiths and he managed to book me in a Couple of days later. Went there after being let down, by a sponsored Google search, whom I incorrectly thought was Excalibur. The owner was brilliant. Did the job in about 10 minutes, cutting a new key, and cleared the flaming stupid Ford "MyKey", all for an excellent price. Didn't try to force an expensive key/fob on me (Ford quoted over £200, before cutting) and did the basic that was needed. Cannot fault, especially not as it done on a Sunday afternoon.

Today, I stupidly locked myself out of my van. I rang Ian, who explained he wasn’t working today, but still came out to rescue me anyway! What a top guy! Mike was great, quick response to google chat in under 10 mins, told me he’d need to come out to see the door before he could give a no obligation quote on work needed with no call out fee. Gave me a time he’d call in the morning to arrange coming down and stuck to it. Got here and informed me of the problem and gave a fair price. Job was done within an hour of getting here. Went above and beyond and tightened the frame and hinge screws and made the door and lock better than it was before it broke. Highly recommended. Great chap! 👍

Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Excellent service 👌 Contacted Paul for two replacement fobs on my car and partners van on the Thursday . He come out on a Saturday which he doesn't normally do. Had the fobs made within 10/15 minutes. Also needed a spare key for my car as it didn't have one. This one was very tricky as the car had been broken into. Paul tried and tried but unfortunately the lock was to damaged and the barrel needed changing all together. Paul showed us what we needed, how to do this and even had a look at home if he had a replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend 👌

I rang after I was locked out of my car after a 12 hour shift early in the morning. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and agreed to come out, he was further away than I realised but still came and was very reasonably priced. Andrew was very quick and completed the job with minimal fuss. Called the same morning and he came out the same day. We had 2 locks changed within 30 minutes and a spare key cut for each lock done there and then. Will definitely use again should I require a locksmith!

John attended our home within half an hour of us calling late at night when our front door wouldn’t lock. He was fantastic. Very friendly and professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was as well as walking us through the quality of the replacement parts he was using. We felt the price was really reasonable given the work involved as well as the antisocial hours. Hence, for me to fork out more monies than originally planned came naturally on-the-spot as John was walking me through some options available for locks and handles in-person. He provides 12 months warranty in event of any installation giving issues down the road. I had reached out to him for this gig out of some reviews I read here, and he truly lives up to his track record. I wouldn't go to anyone else after this for similar gigs.

Called them for emergency access to a Rock security door with high security lock fitted. Arrived promptly, gained entry and replaced the lock which included a set of five keys which was very handy, and also cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and price very reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I asked for a 3 keyhole rekey service. Locksmith was polite, responsive and efficient. It took him 20min to get to my home after my first call and after another 15min he was already on his way back! Overall nice job done!!!

fast, friendly, affordable! locksmith was prompt in responding to our call for an estimate in fixing a lock on the front door of our bakery. He was able to make it out to the bakery the same day and resolved our problem in no time. While he was there he also rekeyed a lock so we were able to use the same key on every door.
