After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

We have used Aardvark Pest Control a couple of times now. He identified and sorted 2 wasps nests for us at our previous home and has since been to help with what we thought was something sinister in our loft but Ed quickly identified it was a bird and gave us advice on how to stop them from keep entering the loft space. Highly recommended for efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service!

We called Aardvark Pest Control as others on here and rated them highly. Ed came and was very punctual and knowledgeable about the potential signs of a wasp nest in the area. Unfortunately it was a wasted journey for pest control as there wasn't enough evidence of an active nest to treat but kindly there was no call out charge for the visit. Highly recommended! We recently called Aardvark Pest Control for what we thought was a wasp nest. The technician arrived within 2 hours and was very professional. He quickly identified that it was actually a honey bee colony that had already moved on and shared his wisdom. What really stood out was he refused to take any payment since there were no pests to deal with even when we offered to thank him for his quick response, we have kids who wanted to play in the garden so his swift response was really appreciated. I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

I called Ian as soon as we realised we had a wasps nest in our soffits. I found him on internet and liked he was a small family company. He answered and offered to come that afternoon. Less than an hour later he was here up a ladder resolving the problem. All now appears sorted. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing.
