Paul was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the subject matter. Thankfully no pests present so minimal call out fee only. He didn't try to sell me treatment we didn't need (!) but advised what to be on the look out for. He has given me much-needed peace of mind! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

The team from C2C came to fit my solar panel protection to stop birds nesting on the roof. They arrived and got to work straight away. The job they performed was neat and tidy and had minimal impact for me. I can thoroughly recommend their services. No scaffolding also meant the price was kept to a reasonable amount.

Horrified when rats infested our garden and garage but delighted with Copley Pest Solutions. Three visits seemed to do the trick. We paid extra at the end of the visits for sanitation 'fogging' in the garage as the place stank of them. The whole process ain't cheap but hopefully we're all clear of them now. Neil and Cory were prompt, polite, clearly explained everything and showed us the bait in the traps before and after and they were so careful to ensure everything was safe for our dog too. Good at providing advice too.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. I phoned Abate on Tuesday afternoon as we’d been having some work done at home where they stumbled across a wasp’s nest in an upstairs dormer. Luke arranged to call round on Wednesday morning first thing (7:30am) to sort everything out. He completed the work and reassured us that if there were any issues to call him back. Called Trevor at 10-30am. I explained the situation regarding wasp nest in my shed. Trevor said he'd be at my house within the hour. 40 mins later Trevor arrived. After a quick assessment, he explained what procedure he would do and how he would remove the nest. In the time the kettle had boiled it was fully removed and safely dispatched. I am delighted with the prompt and professional service from Chuck and Jack who removed a sizeable wasps' nest from my loft.
