Pest First have a lot of experience and have amazing customer service. Ahmed was proactive when coming into my home to really get to the root causes of the pest issue we had. He was also an excellent communicator to ensure he came at a suitable time and kept in touch in between visits to know about progress. Happy to say we have got on top of the problem! We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We suspected our loft is rats infested. Mike replied within minutes and came to our house the next day. He soon found out where the rats are likely to come from. Great service from Paddy and the team. I phoned them on the Friday with concerns of a pest problem in our loft and they arrived the next day. Paddy confirmed the issue and placed down the necessary treatment. Within 3 weeks the problem was fixed! Excellent service, great communication and rest assured they turn up in a discreet vehicle so your neighbours don’t know you’ve got a pest problem. I would highly recommend if you have a pest problem.

I had a telephone consultation on Saturday morning with Mike, regarding a potential infestation. During our consultation I sent Mike some photographs and he was then able to explain everything to me over the phone. Mike was very professional, reassuring and honest. Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

February 5, 2025, Wednesday. It was just one of the worst days of my life. But at the same time, it was also the end. That day, unfortunately, I encountered a creature called Bed bug for the first time in my life. When I found a bug on my bed, I described its appearance online to identify it, and I was terrified. Out of fear, I researched many professional pest control services on the internet and decided to go with Ian. Ian is a real superhero. All Things Pest Control is truly a superhero... He not only restored my trust in people but also boosted my motivation. He made me believe that this could be eliminated, that we could overcome it. And he truly stood by my side with all his sincerity, kindness, and professionalism. I hope no one ever has to encounter this bug. I don’t know where it came from, who brought it, or how it got into my home. But somehow, it did, because they are hitchhikers, they can travel anywhere 🤦🏼‍♀️ Be very careful, bed bugs are not unique any more it is very common in the UK now, I hope you never have to meet it. All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. I contacted the company Sunday morning, not expecting anything back until Monday, but Luke had replied to me straight away and Monday he had sprayed and finished. super effective, super reliable, he has been checking in with myself daily to make sure everything's under control and he was so polite and at ease. Fabian came and assessed the problem and laid pesticides in all the areas we'd heard pests. He then did a second visit to seal up any gaps and laid more pesticide and it appears our problem is solved. Would definitely recommend

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. Arthur was very prompt to come out on call and very professional. I'd been previously stung by a large pest control corporation who'd charged me a fortune for very little ant pest control. He came and located the problem ant nest and treated it thoroughly, and was clear about expectations. We also discovered a wasps nest and he treated that on the same call out despite it not being part of the call He came a second time promptlyand flexible and did a second treatment at a secondary site of ants. I cannot fault his service and I feel confident in knowing I can call him again, should I need to, and he will promptly and efficiently act on the issue. Go local with Arthur and avoid these cowboy corporations! Very reasonable prices.

ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS SERVICE!! I had a wasp nest in my loft for around 4 months and I procrastinated about doing something about it until it had grown exponentially. So in late September I call around 5 different pest control companies and every response was generic, no real detailed explanation of what was going to be done other than “I’ll use powder to kill em” . Arthur was the 6th number on my list and he immediately went in to full detail on what he would do once he arrived, went over all possible scenarios, reassured me about completing his he job to my full satisfaction and just his all round general knowledge of wasps, bees and others was quite fascinating. Arthur arrived on time as he said he would, he was also courteous enough to text me before he set out to give me time to be ready. Once here he came in and inspected the loft and surroundings first and detailed his plan of action to me in precise context. Arthur navigated his way through the numerous items in my loft and got to the wasps nest from multiple angles even from the extension bathroom window, he was absolutely meticulous to detail. Arthur spent time and attention and spent good energy positioning himself in various angles to get at the nest. When all was done, he cleaned up, made sure everything in the loft was secure and safe and left me feeling so much more reassured that my nest problem was now dealt with. I cannot commend enough his absolute professionalism, courtesy, commitment and all round pleasant demeanour from the first phone call to leaving my property. I fully appreciate and recommend Arthur to everyone who is need of pest control services.

The team from C2C came to fit my solar panel protection to stop birds nesting on the roof. They arrived and got to work straight away. Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted.
