We had the Atlas team clean out an entire vacant residential block in the middle of town after a window was left open and a flock of pigeons moved in ! You can guess the state of the place ! 😱 Jacob, Phil and the team came in and did a fantastic job of clearing it all, ripping out the carpets and underlay, then giving it a thorough clean ready for refurbishment. They all did a top job ! Great firm, easy to work with, and very professional. I can thoroughly recommend Atlas Environmental Services 👍🏼

Very satisfying knowing that the wasps nest has been sorted out today by Atlas Environmental. Phil wasn’t put off by the atrocious weather and safely eradicated the nest which was behind the guttering line. I would recommend them to anyone at the drop of a hat and use their services again should the need arise 👍

Great service. I found a very large wasps nest in my loft space and called Atlas. As I’d called very late in the day they promised to attend the following day which they did with a telephone call update to give me the precise time they would arrive. Very efficient father and son team both real gents. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very competitive price which was less than the quotes from two other firms I’d enquired with. Recommended.

Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Liam was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. Great having Jack around for the past month or so. He has been chosen by our landlord and has thoroughly checked our areas within the house to make sure there were no more signs of rats. Wonderful service from start to finish from Harvey's environmental! I have been super impressed with their communication from when I called their office to require their services to communicating with Craig on a weekly basis. Craig was prompt, polite, professional and gave me peace of mind throughout my small rodent treatment in my home. He helped me solve where the field mouse was entering my property, and luckily eradicated the problem during the second treatment. All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. Me and my partner kelly would like to thank you for the good work you have done and are doing for us, and we hope people take note of this review and use your company. February 5, 2025, Wednesday. It was just one of the worst days of my life. But at the same time, it was also the end. That day, unfortunately, I encountered a creature called Bed bug for the first time in my life. When I found a bug on my bed, I described its appearance online to identify it, and I was terrified. Out of fear, I researched many professional pest control services on the internet and decided to go with Ian. Ian is a real superhero. All Things Pest Control is truly a superhero... He not only restored my trust in people but also boosted my motivation. He made me believe that this could be eliminated, that we could overcome it. And he truly stood by my side with all his sincerity, kindness, and professionalism. I hope no one ever has to encounter this bug. I don’t know where it came from, who brought it, or how it got into my home. But somehow, it did, because they are hitchhikers, they can travel anywhere 🤦🏼‍♀️ Be very careful, bed bugs are not unique any more it is very common in the UK now, I hope you never have to meet it. But if you do, DO NOT worry, because ALL THINGS PESTS CONTROL (IAN) will be next to you... l Ian will always have your back and be by your side. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian came and assessed the problem and laid pesticides in all the areas we'd heard pests. He then did a second visit to seal up any gaps and laid more pesticide and it appears our problem is solved. Would definitely recommend

Alistair responded to our phone enquiry even though he was on holiday. Arranged to deal with our problem and arrived exactly as promised. Job was fully explained to us and carried out without any dramas. He returned a couple of days later to check all was well and only then did he ask for payment. Perfect customer service. I can’t recommend PES pest control enough! Alistair was professional, thorough, and truly a lifesaver. We were struggling with a persistent flea problem in our apartment, but thanks to his expertise, the issue was completely resolved. At first it seemed like the treatment didn’t work, but after the second treatment- no more problems! Even after we moved out, the new tenants mentioned they haven’t had any problems, which speaks volumes about the quality of Alistair’s work. I have to mention that we got three more visits from another company before we called PES pest control, that resulted with one year on and off battle against the fleas, that’s why you shouldn’t mess with other companies in this situation. God bless him for making our lives so much easier and stress-free! If you’re dealing with pests, Alistair is the one to call. Highly recommended!

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted.
