Contacted Ian recently after discovering a wasps nest in an empty property I had purchased. Ian came out the same day to deal with it. The nest was v big from my experience. About a meter in length and literally hundreds of wasps coming out of it into the property. After a couple of treatments, they are now all gone and cleaned up. Prompt service, good price.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Andy has been helping me with a rat issue in my buy to let property and he has been so helpful. This issue has been quite challenging and there has been quite a few attendances to resolve this issue. He is very responsive and I will contact them again if I have any future problems

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. John was able to come same day when I discovered something was running around the loft area. He was very knowledgeable and determined to get to the bottom of my problems. I've called John out twice now and looking to get him out again. I wouldn't go anywhere else given a choice. Prices are reasonable and he's very knowledgeable. We had a mite infestation in my child's bedroom and couldn't get rid of them. They were in the bed, on the walls, crawling everywhere. Called John and he determined they were bird mites from an abandoned nest under the gutter. He cleared the nest and sprayed in the gutter and bedroom. It worked immediately, not one seen since. He also dispatched a wasp's nest for us. Highly recommended.

I called Ian as soon as we realised we had a wasps nest in our soffits. I found him on internet and liked he was a small family company. He answered and offered to come that afternoon. Less than an hour later he was here up a ladder resolving the problem. All now appears sorted. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing.
