Excellent service and such decent guys. Reliable men of their word. I know nothing but the basics of oil, screenwash and coolant. They could have charged me double what I have paid them and I would have been happy but they didn't. That lovely thing - a business but one that puts honesty at the top of their agenda. Have to add been down there again this week and, once again, these guys are brilliant. So helpful.

My mot ran out week ago which I totally forgot about. I rang the gaffer at Heaton MOT around 9pm last night and told me to bring it 1st thing in morning 9am. Did my MOT passed and good prices. I have been coming to Heaton MOT for years now the staff very knowledgeable friendly and will advise you rather than doing the work and then charging you extortionate prices like most garages do. Where do I start,, I had no handbrake on my car and was at a total loss after many failed attempts at fixing the problem, Was recommended m.o.t northwest west. made an appointment for my car to be assessed and Danny and his team diagnosed the problem that day. The staff are friendly and very professional. Arrived today with an engine fault after replacement timing belt by main dealer. The fault was diagnosed and resolved without charge. Which is customer service of the highest standard. You can be sure I'll be back for MoTs and service again.

Asked for a quote to replace a starter motor, they quoted me and unlike a local garage not a million miles away who I take the car to be serviced and mot'd could not be bothered quoting. The price was fair and the car booked in on a date that suited us both. Car part replaced and job done. Excellent communication and service.

Excellent service again from whitecroft. I’ve just picked up car after it’s had vibration issues at motorway speeds, they inspected the suspension and found an issue with wheel balancing 50g. They also did the timing belts, MOT, servicing and wheels in feb 2023 and ordered my requested shell pure plus oil.

Very impressed with how quickly this garage turned around a service today , I originally wasn’t happy and complained due to arriving at the garage at 2pm and finding out my car had not been started on yet. However auto care got in touch with me when i drove home, apologised and the man drove all the way to my house to pick my car up, service it and drop it back off all for half price . i have never known a company to go to this much trouble for a customer. To go above on beyond like this I am very grateful for and it is very much appreciated the effort they made today just to get it done for me . I had a really positive experience at this garage! I didn't catch the man's name who was working there, but he was so helpful with my car and gave me lots of advice on what needed fixing. He even checked over the car for me for free! I would highly recommend this garage and I will be using their services in future.

I had an issue with the gearbox in my car and having rung multiple garages, these guys managed to fit me in the following day, much sooner than anyone else. I dropped the car off, and by some miracle they had the part on the shelf! I got my car back within a few hours and at a price which was far lower than I was expecting. They upgraded the rubber bushes to polybushes for me as well. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly, especially as I'm a few hundred miles from home!

Andy and his team were quick and efficient in sorting out my tyre that has burst. My car was about a mile away from the garage and they very kindly let us borrow the tools to get the tyre off! Great service and will definitely be back again!

Very positive experience using Bolton Kia Service - taken in because the engine management light stayed on. Faulty sensor identified and replaced - and two other faults I was not aware of were identified and rectified at the same time - all covered by the warranty. My car now runs perfectly. Lisa - who dealt with me in reception - was exceptionally helpful. When I went to collect my car at the end of the day, my train was delayed which meant I'd arrive at the service department after closing time, but Lisa offered to stay behind to ensure I could collect my car. Outstanding customer service all round.
