I contacted ss electrical services yesterday because I needed an electric cooker wiring, the guy on the phone was very friendly and was available to come out there and then on the day which was very helpful due to it being so close to Christmas, so within 45 minutes the two guys arrived and had the job done in Around 20 minutes I would say, they were nice and friendly and I paid 80 for this service, all in all I would recommend to anyone needing an electric cooker wiring up or any other electrical jobs done. 10/10

The job was done all on the same day after giving the quote and in record time. although it was a large amount of work to be done, Mr S and his Co worker were very friendly and swift. Their price was relatively fair compared to what other people had quoted for us.

Needed an emergency electrician for an outside hard wired sensor which had water in and was fizzing. Joe turned up, polite, professional, sorted out the issue and made the wiring safe. Very decent price. Many thanks for your help. Will use again if I need an electrician.

The cafe is very inviting, with a relaxing atmosphere somewhere that is lovely to spend time with friends. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The food is also great , I really love the home made potato cakes and they make some great homemade deserts.

What a hidden gem this little cafe is . A warm welcome from the staff team and the most delicious food. I had the pork mince and potato pastie with peas,gravy and red cabbage. Excellent value for £4. Will definitely be visiting again .

Very relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced food. Delicious food served by friendly staff. I had the Black Pudding served on a Potato cake with bacon which was a special. The flapjack was delicious, washed down with a good coffee.

The Children's Platter was lovely, I thought the plate was really posh! Karen is the best and really funny. The building is beautiful. I don't like orange or blackcurrant juice so they made me a special milky. Moo! From Ember aged 6

I called Adam at Jax a few weeks ago to look at installing a new circuit so that my COPD suffering dad could replace his old gas hob with an electric one. Adam quickly visited to assess the job and told me what information he needed to provide an exact quote. Once we supplied the information, Adam quickly responded and then arrived a few days later to carry out the installation of the circuit and hob. All information was clearly conveyed, work carried out tidily, in a timely manner and as described. All relevant certificates, test information, etc was quickly supplied. My dad can now happily use his hob safely with his Oxygen still attached. Excellent work Adam - thanks. A very pleasant, competent professional, who I will have no hesitation in recommending.

Just used Hawthorne electrics as weve redone the full kitchen, weve been exceptionally impressed with the service received from the electric switches, wiring, spot lights and LED installation. I’ve recently had to renovate my whole house and This was one of the best companies I’ve used, I’ve had many electricians come out and do jobs but the quality of service from this company is immaculate. Full communication throughout the job with good pricing and also gave me recommendations to get the best out of my home with the ideas he gave. No job was too small and he gave me the satisfaction of a job well done after it. I found Hodges Electricals on Facebook and sent a message. Tom contacted me beforehand and we arranged a time. Tom turned up when he said he would, completed the job, explained what was wrong and sent me an invoice later that day. It's actually great to get an electrician to turn up and to complete the jobs that you asked them to. Hodges Electricals are now in my contacts list and will be the first person we contact if we need an electrician.

I heard about this local electrical company from a friend who recommended them to me. I got in touch via phone call about some outside lights that had got water damaged and the lads were very responsive and came out and changed them for me. Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Not only did I find them to be very professional, clean and tidy in their work I also found them to be very helpful in guiding me to what would work best for me. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. If you want a job doing properly, we would highly recommend Mr Dad’s Property Maintenance. Aadam goes above and beyond and we are very grateful that we found him.

David did an amazing job fitting my Tesla Wall Connector, very polite and responded quickly. David was able to come and fit the charger within about 4 days of first contacting him. I didn’t want any unnecessary wiring on show, and David said that was no problem, as we could install all the wiring on the other side of the wall (in my case, that was the garage). Would definitely recommend David to anyone 👍🏻

David Rann of Smart Power Electrical Ltd fitted our Tesla Wall Connector and the Pen Loss Detection unit which we needed for our Tesla. David turned up at the time agreed and was very efficient sorting out with us where to install each of the two units. When he had finished the installation he then connected our Tesla Apps to the Wall Connector. This was not straight forward and we were impressed by his knowledge to get the Apps connected. David then demonstrated how we should use the Tesla Wall Connector. We found the service provided professional and efficient.

We’ve been here 3 times. So perfect time to write a review. All 3 occasions the foods been consistently good, great quality, lovely flavours - really authentic Turkish food.😋 The service on one occasion was very slow & waitress had no knowledge of the menu, luckily we were familiar with this kind of food but for someone new it could have been frustrating. The other two occasions service was great, table set, food served in a timely manner, waitress was actively listening & provided great customer service (the owner was present both times) & he’s a lovely guy. He’s very attentive & takes pride in his restaurant. I’d recommend this place. Enjoy x 💯

Had this place recommended a few times and driven passed it 100s if not 1000s of times. Finally went for an evening meal with my lad and a mate. Had the Turkis Platter for 3/4. Oh my word....great food, the wings, shwarma, lamp chops all so good. Great platter and plenty to feed 3 really well. Breads & dips all really tasty. Turkish tea was a nice treat Service friendly and quick. Will be going back without a doubt
