Good menu and really good food. Tried this place on a Friday evening for some Caribbean cuisine and it was worth it. This place was packed and buzzing!!! Ensure you have a reservation, especially on weekends. Lovely Bar with all sorts of options. ps: they also have a game room. You might need to wait a bit longer than usual for your food.

I am no longer a turtle bay bottomless brunch virgin and already I am planning to go back. I’m not a massive fan of cocktails but my friend is so I took one for the team and tried as many cocktails as possible along with my pint. Our server Delfin was fabulous super attentive, and explained everything to me as it was my first time. The food was delicious! I had a chicken roti wrap with sweet potato fries and I could eat it all over again now, really tasty and hot.

Had such a a great time at Turtle Bay for birthday drinks on Friday! The vibe was spot on, cocktails were banging, and the food was perfect for light bites, would definitely recommend the mac n cheese!! Big shoutout to James—proper sound guy, super friendly, and made sure our drinks landed fast. Definitely coming back for more good vibes, great food, and top-tier cocktails.

Always fantastic service at Turtle Bay. The use of a free £20 birthday gift by having their app is great and can be used on absolutely anything! Food is always piping hot, fresh and flavoursome. If you don't quite know what to try, I recommend the Mixed Sharer (a few pounds more than a main meal) to taste a bit of what's on offer.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. My wife and I were looking for an electrician at short notice to install some sockets and spurs and we found ISE Electrical via Checkatrade, after they responded swiftly to our job. Iggy was extremely respectful and professional from when we first met him and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work we needed doing and advised us about the socket positioning too. He arrived with his colleague and they completed the work very quickly and diligently and even replaced a faulty socket in the hallway at no extra charge. My wife and I would highly recommend ISE Electrical. You will not be disappointed at all, they tick every box for what you expect from an electrician.

Had an absolutely outstanding 15 course tasting menu, utterly sublime 😋. Staff were amazing, as was Tom himself who we had the pleasure of talking to. I would highly recommend to anyone and as a bonus they serve a beautiful Sussex sparkling white wine.

We had the pleasure of trying the four-course lunch menu at Skof, and it was truly exceptional. The meal offered fantastic value for money, with generous portions that left us satisfied without feeling overstuffed, thanks to the light and well-balanced dishes. The service was outstanding, but what stood out most was the relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. Unlike many overpriced restaurants in Manchester, Skof embraces a casual dress code, allowing guests to feel at ease. The choice of music was also a highlight, perfectly set at a low volume, creating an enjoyable ambiance. We already can’t wait to go again and next time we’ll be trying the tasting menu. Well done Tom and the team 😊

We had a fantastic evening at Skof on 28th December. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. The staff are attentive and knowledgable when presenting each dish/wine pairing. The extra touches that make Skof such a memorable experience are brilliant. Well done!

Excellent. The food was delicious, with well considered combinations and beautiful arrangements. There were many memorable dishes on the shorter tasting menu. The cod and the duck stood out for me, but there were other preferences on our table. Everything was very good. The service was superb - pleasant, helpful, apparently relaxed, but highly efficient. The environment was comfortable, but also quite cool - probably about the right size to create a pleasing hum of music and chatter without it being too noisy to talk to other people on the table. It was also an enjoyable addition to the evening to be invited to the chef's table for one of the courses. Could anything have been better? Nothing that matters too much, really. Although the wine, beer and soft drinks pairings included some drinks that I enjoyed so much that I would like to track them down and buy them, others were more 'interesting' than enjoyable, possibly seeking contrast when something more harmonious migh have been more enjoyable? It is not surprising that Skof is booked up for the next few months. We have been to many tasting menu restaurants in England and abroad and this is up there with the very best - for the combination of the food and the enjoyable experience. Skof deserves to be a great success.

Had a power cut in the house and phoned a couple emergency services didnt manage to get help until I reach out to Binal, he was extremely helpful over the phone.and he was ready to come out immediately on a Sunday evening 9 pm. with his expert guidance he was able to identify the problem and help me resolve the problem over the phone . What a sound guy, incredibly friendly and helpful. Contact shortlisted and will be using him again for any electric matter in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Rashied is extremely knowledgeable and responsive as well as generally being a lovely person. We were having issues with damp walls in our loft room due to poor ventilation / old house, and were recommended a PIV system. Rashied came out and explained everything about them and their suitability. After installing (and coming back to fix another small issue) he left the area clean and tidy both times and was kind enough to give advice on other questions we had about the electrics in the house. Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. Finding a good tradesman is hard, but I think I found an electrician for life! I've already recommended them to 2 colleagues and a next door neighbour. You will not regret getting these guys in.
