Excellent service. We had gurgling bath/shower drains when flushing the loo so called out SM Drains. They were good at keeping in touch about arrival time and once they arrived found quite a bad blockage in the main drain which they promptly cleared. Reasonably priced and great service couldn't ask for more. I'd definitely recommend.

Both Paul and Joe arrived quickly after phoning regarding a blockage. They shown excellent knowledge and experience coming to tackle a blocked drain in no time and were very reasonable in cost. Would highly recommend and will be my first contact in the future for any issues

I unfortunately had a drain blockage. I got recommended this company from a friend at work. After calling Paul he reassured me they could help and said he would get a member of his team down to sort the problem out on the same day. A member of their team called Joe called me to give an update on when he would be able to come and he arrived when he had said. He was very professional and friendly and sorted our blockage out. He also told us what to do if something similar occurs again. I would definitely not hesitate to call them again if I have any further issues and I will definitely be recommending them. Joe and Carl (hope that's spelled correctly 🤦🏻‍♀️) we're great...on time, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They solved the problem and took it on themselves to speak to United Utilities about an issue outside our boundary line. We would definitely use their services again...although hopefully we will never need too!!😂

I rang Peter after reading great reviews about installing a dashcam in my car.After finding out mine was faulty he gave me great advice on choosing one that was suitable for me,communication was great and I let him know when the dashcam arrived and we set a date to fit it. Fitted to a high standard and he explained everything I needed to know about it and set it up for me. Absolutely top bloke who I would recommend anybody to use, I certainly know where to go in the future for any further work I need doing.

I got in touch with PW to get a front and rear dash cam hard wired. Communication and service were excellent throughout, my car was an awkward model (Stellantis) that needed more work than usual and they obliged without any complaints. Even replaced a fuse that had blown in the fuse box! High quality, fairly priced work and Pete is a joy to be around - cannot recommend this business enough, honestly

Great service! Would highly recommend Tom and his team for your electrical install needs. Tom recently installed the full wiring to our newly built garden room, inclusive of spot lights, heating, sockets and outside lights. Tom ran us through the full process, offering advice and suggestions on lighting and heating that highly complimented the build, which was greatly appreciated. Honestly, some of the best food I've ever eaten, being a chef for 8 years, I've tasted some good food. But the seasonings. The cooking of the meat. The sauces are like an explosion of flavour in your mouth, unbelievable jeff. Amazing service by Emily, she explained how the menu worked and took our order. You never have an empty drink on the table. The atmosphere is very relaxed. It's a good vibe with music playing in the background. And I always say it every time I go past ' I love the interior design in there ', just try it for yourself you won't regret it. Pint of estrella is lovely

Another absolutely brilliant night at Las Bombas. We’ve been telling our friends about it for ages so took them there for a meal. The food was exceptional. Really generous portions and all utterly delicious. Clean plates all round. Our waiter Finn was amazing. He, and the other staff, had a right good laugh with us. We even ended up singing and dancing with the table of strangers behind us. Brilliant atmosphere, exceptional food and service that can’t be rivalled. Keep up the amazing work guys 👍🏼

Magnificent meal to celebrate a birthday. Extremely friendly and attentive staff, and food so delicious, we’ve been dreaming about it all again today. We had the lamb birria taco (to die for!!) and a sharing tray of meats. Highly recommended, with excellent music & strong cocktails to boot. We will be back for sure! Thank you all for a wonderful evening meal

He subsequently completed work for me, including the installation of a new distribution board. Everything was done efficiently, without fuss and in expert fashion. Jan was friendly, communication was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Great price and fantastic customer service with a quick turn around. I promise you won't look back.

I was recommended Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd by a friend and I'm so happy I decided to ask them to relocate and fit my new boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Just had the Chicken Beast Burger from Brodies and I have got to say it was delicious! It was well presented, tasted fantastic and was really reasonably priced. I will 100% be revisiting in the near future. I must mention the staff that are working there also, they are really chatty and helpful.

Went to Brodies for the first time tonight to collect a takeaway. Its nice to finally have somewhere to go that serves healthy food. It was delicious, good portion size and reasonably priced. I'm also pleased its open longer hours now.

Recognition where it is due - I was very nervous to attend my appointment today due to a previous dentist experience. Zaroon Riaz made myself and my husband both feel at ease and individually spoke us through each step. Zaroon is a very friendly and compassionate dentist and made me feel very welcome and reassured throughout. All receptionist were also very approachable. I highly reccomend partington dental and have booked in again for further routine check ups. Thank you very much!!!!!

Mostly good but with some significant mistakes. We were a table of six but two of our starters came out 10 minutes after the other four. Then I had duck as my main course but the fat had not been rendered properly and the skin was not crispy, the celeriac fondant was burnt on the bottom. The small cake that came as a complement at the end was also burnt. Our service was, I thought, slow…there were tables who came in after us who had finished and gone before our desserts came out. This is a bit of a list which is a shame because I liked the restaurant and the rest of the food was very good.

Have wanted to come here for some time, having read all the 5* reviews. It exceeded my high expectations! Staff were lovely, and service was excellent. Food was superb. Considering the quality of what we had, I thought prices were very reasonable. We spent a lot of our visit planning a return visit.

We went here for my birthday meal yesterday; it was our second visit and it was even better than the last! The food is gorgeous, I had the scallops, venison and the Bakewell tart and all three were 10/10! The service is also fab with the wait staff being very attentive.
