Before lockdown, I was a regular. Love the breakfasts and spam n egg barms. I have mental health issues and I'm not quite ready to interact with others ATM. But, I've been craving a cooked breakfast. Omg.... as always, you girls put that smile back on my face and filled my tummy. I'm just in the mood for cleaning now.

Spotless clean, the girls working there are so polite with top customer service skills: friendly, helpful, all with a smile! The food is so fresh, lovely quality and very clean, prices are great, ordered my breakfast with the coffee and got brought to my table within 10 minutes. Definitely coming back and 100% recommend!

Hidden gem in Gorton. It’s hard to find authentic Halal Italian food in Manchester. They do the best Lasagne and pasta in town. I often come here for Halal breakfast and coffee. It’s a small cafe wonderfully managed by friendly staff. Fairly reasonable price for the food. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you very much for amazing service and delirious food :)

Eat Meat Steakhouse offers delicious food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. The steak was top-quality and cooked perfectly to my request. However, the prices were a bit steep, and the odd performance—a Money Heist-themed dance—felt out of place, clashing with the otherwise classy vibe. I loved the food, the service and the atmosphere! First time coming to Manchester and glad I chose here for a nice evening out! The staff here were all really lovely and attentive too - Asad especially made sure we were well looked after. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone if you want a nice place for good food, good vibes and aesthetically pleasing too!

Heaven! May not be to everyone’s taste but the Berrylicious French Toast was perfect. The right amount of tautness mixed with just the perfect level of sweetness. Admittedly I was initially confused by the candy floss topping thinking to myself why on earth put a ball of cotton as a topping for the toast 🙈. A definite must visit.

Had breakfast early Sunday morning. My wife and I had the Halal breakfast and my son had the Avocado Crash. Every bite was amazing - fresh, delicious, well prepared. Perfect. And a huge portion - definitely value for money. The staff were really friendly, efficient and helpful. A great shame we're not local, but we'll absolutely be back at every opportunity to be in the area!!

I asked Ali if he could cater for a family gathering I was having at home. I could not have been happier with the wonderful food that was made for us. Every single item was delicious. The lamb shoulder was super tender, the chicken was delicious as was the gravy made from scratch! Loved the sides. Tiramisu and rice pudding were the perfect two desserts to keep everyone happy! Received quote from Gavin, organised date for work to be carried out, Gavin and his team arrived promptly on the day, carried out the work professionally explaining exactly what they were doing at each stage, once the work was complete they cleaned up after themselves, overall excellent job, and a great price for the work. My new house needed a full rewire and Gavin and his excellent team did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything very carefully. They started work on time and did a fine job. All my carpets were protected and my home was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. The plastering work was also finished to a high standard with care taken to match the surfaces. Gavin even came in on Saturday to finish off and clean and tidy and I was able to contact him and discuss the work at any time. I would totally recommend Gavin Thompson Electrical if you need a rewire or any smaller electrical jobs.

Safari is a really cute and cosy narrowboat! The decor is great and having the wood burner going in winter feels great. The staff were really friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Engage your inner child when you climb on board.It pays to think small. Don't think how well they do it, just wonder that they can do it at all. It's a great place for a light lunch or afternoon tea, booking is probably advisable as space is kinda limited. It's the only place I've eaten where geese look through the window to check out your food. I wish them all the best in their endeavours, but I'd probably change the bread rolls.

I had such a lovely breakfast experience here. I pre ordered and booked the day before for a late morning vegetarian breakfast. The owner was very quick to respond to my social media messages and happily made adjustments to my order. Food was delicious and service was very quick. Condiments were offered and a toilet is available inside. Seating available outside during good weather. Takeaway orders are taken. The boat was warm, cosy and full of character. The owner was really friendly and asked us questions about ourselves and built up a good rapport. Will definitely return

Can’t recommend Tom & Paul enough. Highly recommend them as trust worthy and quality electricians. Communication was great, did everything we wanted and did an excellent job. Clean, tidy and very engaging. No messing, really honest and we would hesitate in using them again, would be worth the wait if booked up. One of the hardest things when looking for workmen is trustworthiness & honesty, these lads have both and their work is first class. Highly recommended.

Tom and Paul are responsive, professional and thoughtful. We had a lighting problem and didn’t have a recommendation that was available. Reaching out via a trusted trader platform, came upon TPE. Not knowing what to expect but the quoted price met our expectations so we agreed the work. They came promptly and demonstrated patience, good fault finding and diagnostic skills. Both were excellent communicators and kept their promises. So pleased with their work we commissioned some new LED under kitchen cabinet lighting. The work was done on time and as quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and Paul. Need to change their choice of football teams.

Tom Finn came to supply and fit new LED cabinet and display lighting. He arrived when promised explained everything sourced perfect units which were efficiently installed with no fuss or delay. Tom and Paul hung a chandelier in the lounge of my flat in Manchester city centre. At every stage, they were consummate professionals. Having come to inspect for the job, they researched thoroughly what was needed, even going to an antiques village in search of old light switches, and they tackled the work with complete and reassuring confidence and smoothness. I would recommend them without reservation and I'd welcome questions about this completely genuine review.

Still my favourite place in Manchester. From the hospitality and welcome to the absolutely incredible food! Complex but approachable cooking with sauces to die for. Each dish is immaculate and full of flavour with superb presentation. The guys here are just going from strength to strength, every visit they somehow keep getting better. Inventive drinks offering with local suppliers and natural wines. Front of house is relaxed and attentive but the stars of the show are Julian and Max the chef/owners whose welcome and conversation is the best you will get anywhere in the city. Wether it’s on the chefs table or being served one of their dishes they truly make every meal a special occasion. Absolutely loving what these guys are doing and with the challenges of the venue size they are smashing it out the park. Go and visit Exhibition too in Manchester where they have a kitchen serving incredible flatbread based dishes called Jaan.

Arrived during lunch hour and it was no problem to have lunch without a reservation. Very friendly and professional staff. The have a nice selection of wine by the glass and the bottle selection is also really good. Foodwise I can say that every dish had wonderfully balanced ingredients of high quality. Some of the dishes (artichoke and cabbage with mussels) were magnificent. A must visit when you want wine and dine on a high level in Manchester.

We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, especially since it has a high rating of 4.8 on Google. The starters were a pleasant surprise—very good and creative. However, the main courses were a bit of a letdown. The cabbage tasted good, but the core was bitter. Unfortunately, the steak was dry and overcooked, even after we sent it back (we had ordered it medium rare). Overall, we wanted to give this place a higher rating because it seemed like a hidden gem, especially for the price. We’ll need to come back another time to see if it was just an off night.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed by the staff and ambience! Definitely suggesting sitting at the kitchen bar if you would like to chat with some great chefs. The scallop and tomatoes were a standout for us, unreal. The wine list was really approachable with some good natural gems. Every dish was explained perfectly, and having chefs drop dishes was a great touch. Chef Max made the experience one of the best we've had in England with some great conversation. We will be definetly be back and spread the word!
