I got my haircut yesterday, and my hair were cut perfectly. Loved the entire experience. I would also take the liberty to say that they are surely the best in town.

Derek does the best blow dry and colouring I've ever had. All other hair dressers have to finish with straighteners but Derek's skills are so good my hair is silky straight afterwards, and I have naturally curly hair!!!

First time using Derek this week and will definitely be back! Friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for more ☺️

I have traveled from Stretford to this salon for over 15 years. Great stylist and always a happy and pleasant environment to be in. Nothing is too much trouble for him. They have been doing my sons hair for a few years now and he is on the autistic spectrum they are great with him and he always loves to go couldn’t recommend them enough

I have had 2 sessions of microneedling now with the lovely Mel @sorceress_beautyx and could not be happier! Mel has a way of making you feel instantly comfortable and at home, so happy i found her and my skin has genuinely never looked better. She makes you feel so cared for and is the complete opposite to a commercial salon experience. I have been non-stop raving about this place, such a great atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!

Couldn’t recommend this special salon enough 🌟The lovely Rachel did an amazing job on my nails ; completely transformed them and I couldn’t be happier with the results❤️ The staff are so friendly from the second you arrive and make you feel at ease. There is something at shallows for everybody from piercings / tattoos , hair , nails , even tooth gems; all at such great prices. I had three tattoos from Georgia today and the quality is really good. Georgia was lovely, friendly and I felt completely comfortable throughout the session. I would highly recommend booking a tattoo at Shallows. I will definitely be going back in the future! Plus, the music was top tier!

Really cool place and Georgia was fantastic! She did my nose piercing and was gentle and understanding - been a long time since I had my last piercing so I had the shakes (nerves) and she gave me the option of lying down while doing the piercing which helped. Very informative about how the piercing was going to be done and after care. And just all round lovely staff! I didn't see the cocktails but may be back soon to try one (or three 😜)

Met Shelby and Kay at Prestige . Was let down by a hairdresser. They went over and beyond for me. Never thought a bob could look so good and Shelby also taught me how to create this style at home. I've rarely had my hair cut as I have a phobia from past experiences as a child. Today I was cured. Shelby and Kay could tell I was nervous. They both reassured me and let me be me. Shelby listened ,reassured and talked me through everything. 17 inch's I needed cut today to donate. Shelby is extremely talented I never thought a bob could look so good. I've had so many compliments already and it's not even been an hour. There was no rush . I can't thank Shelby enough and Kay. Beautiful ladies inside and out. Thankyou Shelby. Thankyou Kay. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. I've been to her twice now for a colour and cut and both times she's done a really lovely job. I felt like my hair was in safe, experienced hands. And the prices are so reasonable too! The new salon is gorgeous and has very comfortable seating and backwash. They have the most amazing hair straighteners too - they left my hair so smooth (and I'm someone who's always struggled with frizz). I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently visited this new hair salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon itself was spotless and well-organized, which really put me at ease. I had my hair done by an apprentice, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. My only wish is that they accepted card payments, as I had to arrange a bank transfer while visiting family here in Manchester. Nonetheless, the team was patient and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

Ndeye is wonderful at what she does! I have been coming to her salon for over 4 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is superb. She has also always been excellent and extremely patient with my daughter - who can be fussy and wriggle a lot! She can perfectly replicate styles I show her, and also come up with her own when I'm lacking inspiration. I can't recommend Dixa enough!

I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I went to Charm salon on Friday 31st Jan and got nail gel manicure done with Farah. It was my first time in this salon and I was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. Farah was very friendly and welcoming and highly qualified in her field. I am definitely planning to keep this salon for my regular nail appointments. It only costed me 22.50 which is I think a very reasonable price.

I’ve been a customer for the past year and I’ve come back so many times! So far have done gel manicure and gel toes and every time I leave the salon happy. The ladies are all professionals and pay attention to detail! I highly recommend

I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.
