I had the pleasure of visiting this salon after a friend highly recommended it, and I’m so glad I did! The two owners are absolutely lovely – they’re incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth, and truly make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Their commitment to providing excellent service is evident in everything they do. They go above and beyond for their customers, ensuring that every detail is perfect. The atmosphere is warm, and you can tell they genuinely care about making each visit special. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be coming back!

Always welcoming and professional, cater for clients in a warm, helpful way. Michelle especially has helped me to keep my nails perfect and has now started looking after my feet !! The beauty rooms are a credit to Tina and Michelle. Long may they continue to "pamper" their clients.

Just here now getting my nails and toes done by Grace,lovely lady, but she was not very happy with me for coming twice on a Groupon but my friend bought me the second one and when I explained that she still did my nails and toes which I was grateful for and they look amazing. I also had my hair braided by Grace and it looks so good I would definitely recommend you visit Grace Hair World. Grace looked after me asking if I wanted a drink and made me feel comfortable. Visited yesterday. After being let down by another hair salon, I called in Chrome and they fitted me in, although I didn’t have an appointment. I had a cut and blow and it was the best cut that I have had for a long time. I will now be using Chrome as my hair salon. Thank you ladies, I will be recommending you to everyone.

I've not had my hair cut for around 5 years, and suffer with serious mental health issues. However, finally came around to having it cut with help and guidance off my mum, and never have I felt more welcome and somewhat normal than with these ladies..... absolutely amazing customer service. Its so nice to have someone listen to what you actually want and give further advice on after care for your hair..... really can not praise these ladies enough......

Fantastic barber and friendly guy. Very fast and thorough haircut. The first time I went in for a haircut afterwards I was given a head massage which is something I have never experienced before which felt absolutely amazing! Just been back today and both me and my little boy had our haircut in 20 minutes! highly recommended!!
