Had my hair done by Sam. Absolutely love it. Never really know what to do with it, but with some good advice ended up with my hair looking fabulous. I would recommend anyone to go as they really do listen to what you want and do it really well. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I will be back. 🥰

Rachel listened carefully to what I wanted, and gave sensible suggestions and advice. I was very happy with my cut. The shop was clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a lovely atmosphere here and I would highly recommend Opus. Well done ladies.

Had my hair washed and blown by Jess. She was very friendly. I was pleased with the way she styled it. The whole experience was pleasant and took approximately one hour. The salon is modern and clean and whilst it's not a huge space it's well utilised.

I had my first ever appointment at RhiWard Hair this week and it will now be my permanent place to go! Milly was amazing, super friendly and professional and asked me lots of questions before she even started suggesting what would work best for my curly hair. Just been to have my hair cut with Charlotte and she has done an amazing job. My hair is curly and so many hairdresser got it wrong when I wanted my hair to be layered. So, I had to have my hair cut straight which is boring and didn't suet me very much. But today thanks to Charlotte we have gone back in time and I have a layered hair again which everyone in the salon said was so pretty 😍 thank you so much Charlotte xxx

I had the luxury pedicure done today and have returned to this salon many times. Staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Salon is nice and clean. Although it is far for me and I have to travel from Yorkshire. It’s worth the travel. Always pleased with the treatments.

I've been to hair by Ilmass on many occasions and have always left feeling like a million dollars. Ilmaas himself is an award winning professional who takes care with each colour and cut, always offering advice and service to suit the client. I highly recommend him and the service he provides. Really loved getting my hair done by Ilmaas, he is super at what he does and he shown me great ways to style my own hair and recommended reasonable products to help with my hair to look and feel healthy and voluminous. I don't usually write reviews, but doing this for Hair By Ilmaas was definitely necessary, credit deserved where due... I can honestly say Ilmaas have rescued my hair and totally transformed my whole look. I am never disappointed. Ilmaas takes his time thoroughly every time to go through what would and wouldn't suit me... The care Ilmaas gives is always exemplary, and he listens to all his clients giving them all his attention and i am always looked after. I cant express how talented Ilmaas is, and the awards and worldwide recognition surely speak for themselves. I will never trust anybody else with my hair... ilmaas works by appointment onlyy so there is no chance anybody would have been waiting. I'm always complemented on my hair... Absolutely amazing treatments and service. I’ve been going to simply special since it opened many years ago and when one of the owners started doing aesthetics I was over the moon.
