Got a hair cut from Claire who was excellent. Had a few bad haircuts from barbers in the past: very hit and miss, not really listening to what I was asking for and ending up with the same generic hair cut, which is almost always too short. Claire was a breath of fresh air and understood exactly the style I wanted, felt very looked after and in safe hands! Will absolutely be back again!

Leanne came to my rescue when my original hair dresser (local to my wedding venue) cancelled. Leanne really listened to my vision of what I wanted for myself and the bridesmaids. During my hair trial Leanne listened and adapted my hair to my feedback.She even managed to fit in one of my bridesmaids for a trial who felt self conscious about her hair. I loved all of our hair and I can't believe that my hair managed to stay curly all day! Thank you for coming so far to do our hair. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, thank you so much Leanne! ❤

Love getting my hair cut here. Leanne is great with short hair which can be quite stressful if people don’t get it right, but she’s fab. Great customer services every time I ring as well and they’re always friendly and attentive when I’m there. A lovely local business to support.

As always, I had a wonderful experience having my hair done in a COVID safe environment. I am growing old disgracefully and have wacky colours in my hair. Paige is so talented and does an amazing job of choosing the perfect colours for me. I trust her so much, I let her decide on the colour scheme! I must admit, my last visit and this one are my favourites so far, pinks and purples. The colours fade beautifully too, so it's like getting 3 or 4 new hairdos between appointments!

Friendly and helpful hairdressers with great beauty options too. Paige was able to find time to do my hair for an event at very short notice during the busy period before Christmas, and Kim who does beauty is lovely and very reasonably priced. It's a great place, everyone is friendly and does a good job. The only downside is that parking isn't especially easy but I've been told they're trying to make space around the back.

Amazing staff, they make you feel so welcome. The results are amazing. I highly recommend as i am a loyal customer. They are amazing with children. They've cut my serverly Autistic Daughters hair and were super patient with her :) such a tight close knit family. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5* :)

I recently visited this new hair salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon itself was spotless and well-organized, which really put me at ease. I had my hair done by an apprentice, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. My only wish is that they accepted card payments, as I had to arrange a bank transfer while visiting family here in Manchester. Nonetheless, the team was patient and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

Met Shelby and Kay at Prestige . Was let down by a hairdresser. They went over and beyond for me. Never thought a bob could look so good and Shelby also taught me how to create this style at home. I've rarely had my hair cut as I have a phobia from past experiences as a child. Today I was cured. Shelby and Kay could tell I was nervous. They both reassured me and let me be me. Shelby listened ,reassured and talked me through everything. 17 inch's I needed cut today to donate. Shelby is extremely talented I never thought a bob could look so good. I've had so many compliments already and it's not even been an hour. There was no rush . I can't thank Shelby enough and Kay. Beautiful ladies inside and out. Thankyou Shelby. Thankyou Kay. I have called the salon asking for a quick consultation and the owner was super accomodating, she understood perfectly what I wanted and she quickly booked an appointment for me. She gave me lot of advice about the treatments, what product to use and she was honest about the result and what to expect. What can I say. Her blowdry is the BEST and made me feel like I was back home, she is definitely a perfectionist. I actually cant wait to go back, thank you!

Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Heather did my cut & colour and I am soooo happy with the results and have received so many compliments on my hair :) I have long/thick hair so she had to spend pretty much all day on it bless her but she did a phenomenal job and gave me so many tips for when it comes to styling myself at home. Just had a massage with Bernie. Absolutely wonderful. Having tried a few local places for massage none quite matched a spa treatment. Until now! I will definitely be returning. Lovely people and really relaxing atmosphere. I was lucky enough to have a voucher this time. But well worth £60. What a find!!
