Loved the whole experience. Staff were very attentive without being over powering. My hair turned out exactly the colour I wanted. No cutting took place. Again what I wanted. All in all Ryan did exactly as it said on use tin. Perfect. Lots of compliments too from friends.

John is absolutely lovely and is very experienced, i have curly hair and he knows what he's doing which is hard to find, he guides me without pushing and sales on and prices are really reasonable, highly recommend, ill definitely be back

Had to rate and leave a review regarding my Urban Angels experience. From start to finish the lovely Angels made me feel special and valued as a customer, they were so attentive, warm and welcoming. Aaliyah the newly qualified stylist used her innovative creativity and professional eye to brighten up my hair (and soften the gray) with highlights and soft tones, followed by a much needed trim. I would highly recommend this Salon for value for money and an overall pleasant experience. I will definatley be back.

Cutest shop ever! The sweetest stylists and receptionists! I am visiting from another country and got a wash and blow dry with a trim and it looks beautiful! Very warm and welcoming and even offered me drinks. Gave me information also on nice products to use! Hair came out just how I liked it they listened to everything I wanted. Would definitely recommend!!

Julie did an amazing job of my nails! Due to a miscommunication, I got a standard gel manicure instead of BIAB which meant my nails were weak and breaking. Julie fixed my broken nail for free and rebooked my appointed the following week to re do my manicure to correct the error and strengthen my nails. Amazing service and beautiful nails, would recommend! 💅

Visited Jamie Pickstock today with little knowledge on what I wanted to do with my hair. It turned out so beautiful, I’m obsessed. Not only were the staff attentive and generally lovely people, but they explained each step to me and made me feel very comfortable. Since receiving a gift voucher for Elegant Touch from friends about 5 year this has been my go-to salon. The staff are always friendly, polite and super professional. Over the years I have had facials, massages, pedicures, manicures and waxing. The prices are very competitive and they have a loyalty card scheme too. Would highly recommend

Best hair experience I’ve ever had and I am obsessed with my new balayage! It is beautiful, has so many colours running through it, and the root smudge looks super natural. Tash was absolutely amazing, and everyone in the salon gave it a super friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I also feel that a lot more time and care was put into my hair than at other salons at the same price point. I will certainly be returning!

I visited Casey Williams Studio as part of Hair Reborn having lost all my hair during chemo, I was very anxious about attending but all the girls made me feel so welcome that I relaxed quickly. Jessi was absolutely brilliant, my guardian angel sent to make me feel a bit more me again. She is a professional and that shows in how she explains what she feels is best for you, and how she transformed my hair into something amazing considering she didn’t have much to work with. Best hairdresser’s ever! I was anxious about going to a new hairdresser’s having moved away from where my old one was based and hadn’t had my hair done in ages so needed a full transformation! My friend recommended George Frank in Didsbury and so I went for it! Not only is Sean the loveliest person ever, but he is an absolute wizard with hair! He always takes so much care, makes sure it’s perfect, gives a luxurious head massage, and I always leave feeling so confident, pampered, and happy! All the other staff are also so lovely and they serve delicious refreshments. Have had a full head of highlights, T bar, and will back for a half head refresh just before Christmas! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you George Frank! 🤩👏🏻✨

Rachel did my balayage about 2 years ago, really amazing service from her. I've since moved away, but I'm writing this review now because I've let it grow out and I still get compliments on on it. Whenever I go to the hairdresser's they're always amazed how naturally it's grown out and comment that how well it's been done. Would recommend Rachel if she's still at George Frank Didsbury!

Never usually leave reviews, but I had the loveliest experience at the Didsbury salon with Jenni🥰 Made to feel comfortable from the moment I had my consultation and felt really listened to, which meant I could put my full trust in the process!! It felt like Jenni put so much effort into my hair and really listened when I said I wanted it to look natural… which must be really hard when you’re being asked by a brunette to be as blonde as possible😂 Jenni is also so lovely and the easiest person to speak to for a full 4/5 hours appointment! X

I visited George Frank Salon following a friend recommendation from a client of ‘Zack’. I was looked after by ‘Sean’ who listened patiently as I described the look I wanted. Sean is an extremely talented professional. The results were amazing. I was impressed with the fact the Salon insists on a proper consultation and patch test ‘prior’ to the hair appointment. This proved how professional they are, which put me at ease from the get-go. Sean went out of his way to explain everything in detail and offer lots of advice, which I really appreciate. Another friend mentioned that they thought the salon was a bit expensive, but I honestly found it to be quite reasonable. Especially for a high end salon using decent products with such an experienced team. It's certainly no more expensive than aywhere else. These days any salon isn’t ‘cheap’, and you definitely get what you pay for at George Frank. Worth every penny. Pros: They help match you with the best specialist consultant for your hair type, not just the first available. You can also read up on each hair consultant’s background and experience on the website. Luxury, relaxing experience, not just rushed in and out to get bums on seats. They only use decent salon brand products. They answer the phone promptly and you can hear properly when calling to ask about services (great customer service, thank you Ben who took my calls). Decent website with transparent prices and an efficient online booking system. Extended opening hours available for clients with busy diaries. No annoying 'hard upsell' of products or services during the visit. But a decent array of salon quality ‘treats’ available. I did buy a shampoo and blow dry spray, recommended by Sean, which I am very happy with. Cons: I didn't discover them years ago. I don’t usually write lengthy reviews like this. But it was such a great experience all-round, I figured I would make the effort. Thank you Sean and Team!

She went through in detail what would be best for me for maintenance and colour. She made excellent suggestions and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!

I booked a hydrating facial with Roxanne which was amazing! The appointment lasted a good hour and I felt rejuvenated and my skin glowed for days. Roxanne's room above Toni & guy is a great location the heart of Didsbury with parking nearby, and was a lovely relaxing environment. Roxanne is extremely professional. I felt it was extremely good value for money. I would highly recommend this beauty therapist.
