Had the most wonderful experience with Gemma. The minute you walk in, you are greeted with a lovely smile and made to feel really comfortable. I had my eyelashes done which was a lovely experience, then onto my nails. They turned out absolutely gorgeous and that’s because Gemma took the time to discuss what I wanted. She went through all the colours and options and I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. The salon is so beautiful inside and literally can’t wait to return. My daughter also attended the salon for her 21st to have a full pamper session with a facial, nails and toes. Just out of the salon and so happy with the treatment I got. They fit me in last minute for a blow-dry and from the moment I got in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The two girls who did my hair(so sorry I've forgotten yer names) were so friendly and did an amazing job. I'm moving over from Ireland soon, so I'll definitely be making this my regular hairdresser. It was my first time at Urban but it won't be my last. I get very anxious finding new salons as I haven't been to one in many years but every single person that spoke to me was absolutely lovely! My stylist listened to what I wanted and by God did she make it happen! I chose this salon based on reviews and they do live up to their rating. I had a balayage here with Jen and I've had loads of compliments about my hair after having done here , Jen is really professional , welcoming and friendly , highly recommend, the salon is lovely and spotless and all staff are friendly and there is a really nice atmosphere, also a mention to Yasmin , who helped me out with booking and Info via messenger and in salon , really friendly and informative !! Definitely be returning soon ! Took my daughter and Laine cut and curled her hair it is amazing and daughter was well looked after , as was I !! Highly recommend

Kathryn always offers advice and takes time to explain treatments and requirements, and even tells me when something isn't needed...I trust these girls 100% The salon is lovely, it's hygienic, and obviously central to Ashton with parking options nearby. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed by the professional and knowledgeable staff who made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The dermaplaning procedure was my first step into this transformative journey. The gentle exfoliation removed dead skin cells and peach fuzz, revealing a fresh layer of skin underneath. The esthetician explained each step, making me feel at ease. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless it was!
