It was my first time at Urban but it won't be my last. I get very anxious finding new salons as I haven't been to one in many years but every single person that spoke to me was absolutely lovely! My stylist listened to what I wanted and by God did she make it happen! I chose this salon based on reviews and they do live up to their rating. The girls here are so lovely and genuinely care about what you want. I would highly recommend urban hair. 100%. Thank you for making look and feel beautiful ladies. :)

Just out of the salon and so happy with the treatment I got. They fit me in last minute for a blow-dry and from the moment I got in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The two girls who did my hair(so sorry I've forgotten yer names) were so friendly and did an amazing job. I'm moving over from Ireland soon, so I'll definitely be making this my regular hairdresser. I would highly recommend! :)

I have been going to Shannon for years for all my beauty needs at Aspire Spa and Salon. I can honestly say this is the best beauty Salon I have been to. Shannon is so friendly and professional, the vibe in the salon is so calm and welcoming, I love going here to relax. Regarding treatments whether it be eyelash lift or eyebrows or my nails done, I always leave feeling beautiful and like a queen. Shannon is an amazing beauty therapist and I would 100% recommend anyone to go and see her if you want to feel great.

Myself and my mother both visited Aspire for a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage as our little treat together. Can honestly say that Shannon was so welcoming and made us both feel very comfortable, Shannon was so accommodating to my mother who is deaf and disabled. Can’t praise her massages enough ! I have visited many spas including Carden spa and the Hilton, and Shannon in my opinion was far better. 🩵🩵

Amazing hairdressers! After my last hairdresser ruined my hair I was really nervous about going to a different one after how they damaged my hair. Dawn was so nice and explained to me what she would do to help me get my hair back to how it should be, she put a plan together for me and talked me through it. Offered me drinks throughout my appointment and the results were amazing!I'd Definatley recommend 5 star service😊
