Staff are lovely, Janet is like a friend 😊 it is very clean and stylish. Happy with my treatment. They always fit me in, and when I missed my appointment they were very understandable and rearranges no problem.

I had a balayage here with Jen and I've had loads of compliments about my hair after having done here , Jen is really professional , welcoming and friendly , highly recommend, the salon is lovely and spotless and all staff are friendly and there is a really nice atmosphere, also a mention to Yasmin , who helped me out with booking and Info via messenger and in salon , really friendly and informative !! Definitely be returning soon ! Took my daughter and Laine cut and curled her hair it is amazing and daughter was well looked after , as was I !! Highly recommend

After moving to the area from Lancaster, I was a little nervous to try out a new hair salon, but Urban Hair Salon has absolutely been the best decision for me! Tamara has been doing my hair for a while now. She is so so lovely and always does exactly what I ask. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time! Over the past couple of week I have had the following treatment done by Danni. *B12 *Botox *Under eye skin booster *Jaw, chin, cheeks, Nasolabial Folds & Lip Filler. Before I had any of these treatments I was sent all the relevant information, including in-depth aftercare and the opportunity to ask any questions I might have. At my appointment everything was very professional. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed, and the whole procedure was explained to me as it was being carried out. I am absolutely thrilled with all my results and would not hesitate to recommend Danni to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. My first time at this new salon yesterday. Tastefully decorated and chilled atmosphere with both Leah & Kerry. Leah did an amazing job on my hair…….I had the full works as I needed a colour correction and a revamp. It was lovely to meet a young lady working alongside her Mum with so much passion, drive and knowledge about hair - they obviously both care about their clients hair goals and the attention to detail is what makes it special. I’m in no doubt that this salon will go from strength to strength and I personally won’t be going anywhere else. Well done ladies for taking the leap opening your own salon. Leah had a thorough consultation to help me achieve my desired look and offered great advice and suggestions for styles suited to me and for healthier hair. First time customer and was so impressed! I went in for patch test and told a staff member what I wanted done, she examined my hair and advised a more appropriate plan that would not be as damaging to my hair. Donna cut my hair and it is probably the best cut I’ve had for the past 10 years! I love it so much. The salon was massively busy but everything seemed to run so smoothly, no one left waiting ages. Everyone was so friendly, I will definitely be back.
