Sophie is fantastic! I booked in for an eyebrow tint and shape. I have been to other salons but no salon has been able to do my eyebrows how I wanted them but Sophie got them absolutely perfect! Lovely salon and competitively priced. Thank you Sophie I'll be back soon for more treatments.

I went for a leg wax with Sophie followed by a facial. As a nervous person who suffers from anxiety I can be reluctant to try somewhere new at times. However I instantly felt at ease with Sophie with her friendly telephone manners. Once arrived I felt so relaxed by her as she was very welcome and her waxing was great on my legs. My facial was very relaxing and my skin felt very refreshed throughout and after. Sophie was very professional throughout. I will be coming here permanently from now on. Also pores on my skin are now feeling unclogged and breathing easily - bliss.

Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all. Recently got my hair done at this salon and I have never been more pleased with the results. The salon is very modern looking and has sleek furniture inside, very clean and staff are incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming. I was very well looked after here and the atmosphere at the salon is wonderful. The girls here did an amazing AMAZING job on my hair and I’ve received so many compliments on it. Najwan is a perfectionist with her work and she pays a lot of attention to detail and the way she worked on my hair was incredible, which is why the results were so brilliant. Extremely happy. Will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends and family.

I came across Najwan’s salon last week and after reading the reviews online I was positive she wouldn't disappoint. I had my first appointment today and I must say: she was lovely and most definitely helpful. I even got offered a coffee and some chocolate during my treatment, which made the whole experience even better. Such an amazing experience. I had a really bad experience at a salon a year ago leaving me with a awful hair cut and haven’t been back to one since, having to cut and dye my own hair. But then I went to Najwan Beauty Centre and they made me really comfortable. I was talked through every step, and she was super understanding that I was nervous! Najwan is very experienced. Amazing hair cut and my threaded brows look fabulous. I’ll be back :)

I had an excellent experience at Bonton hair salon by Razia and her team with the japanese permanent hair straightening I had. My hair has always been curly and very thick and this treatment has made my hair straight and smooth, excellent results were achieved which I was amazed of how straight it is now. Speechless really. 5 star is not a enough to rate this place. I rarely do a review but since i phoned to take an appointment i felt i should go directly to review this place as endless stars. Razia is so caring, i missed my way and was late for appointment. She sent me one of her team to pick me up. She welcomed me and directly started my straightening treatment. She is an expert, she knows what she is doing. She told me i can see that you had keratin about 4 months back which is so true. . She gave me all instructions needed and the results were even more than i have expected. I had the treatment before in different country and i can assure she is a professional in her job.This lady should be celebrated. I will definitely go back there. I got the Japanese Hair Straightening treatment and the results were insane! I have naturally curly afro hair and the picture taken was 72 hours after the treatment having not touched it at all, I couldn't be happier! All the ladies were really nice and made you feel welcome would definitely recommend this salon🤩 thank you I will be back again for my retouch!

I had highlights and a haircut done by Fariah. She was extremely professional and understood exactly what I needed, and I never have been happy like that after a hairdresser service. She also speaks French and Spanish, and is of lovely company. I also had my eyebrow done, did waxing and had a facial by Farah and she also gave me a very professional service, a lovely treatment and the waxing didn't hurt! Overall an amazing treatment at the Charm Salon. I feel rejuvenated and beautiful. I will be back again! Highly recommended ☺

I went here for the first time today, Mel was my stylist but another lovely lady washed my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in 18 months and I had a bad experience at a different salon. They had me at ease, had a laugh, gave me a drink, it was so lovely, after feeling so nervous leading up to the appointment. Great place and lovely staff. Professional level of cutting. Fenk cut my hair and blow dried it with attention to care. Would definitely recommend as prices are affordable. £40 for a wash, haircut and blow dry for any length hair
