Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Since joining Harrison’s Family vets we could not be more thrilled ‘all round’, such a friendly and knowledgeable team from Reception to Vet always happy to see you and our two dogs are very warmly welcomed with lots of fuss. Nothing is too much trouble and the nature of the clinic waiting room is so good to keep the animals separated to ensure they remain as calm as possible. Liz on the Reception Team is very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely loves seeing the dogs that visit the clinic, she has a lovely smiley face and lots of time to pat and fuss our 2 Labrador’s Hector & our puppy Belle. It is such a welcoming and lovely clean environment and I always leave reassured that our dogs have had the best care & attention, BIG thanks Didsbury Team you are great! 🐾

Saw us to vaccinate & microchip our new kitten. Very friendly & professional service. Gave us good advice, was lovely with our cat, and gave us a free bag of food for the little kitten. Very good prices too. Will definitely be going forwards with this vet in the future.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

I took my beloved cat into Southfields last Wednesday the 8th, thinking she was a bit under the weather. Sadly she had to be admitted to Woodcroft as she was seriously ill. Once again Southfields were amazing, the live, care and compassion as well as expertise they offer is second the none.

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

I have taken all my pets here for several years. Staff are really good caring and polite. I feel confident that they give the best care possible. Just wish that the waiting room and reception area was modernised. It has been like this ( unfinished) for over 10 years please get this resolved and brought up to date ...your staff are good and should not have to work in an unfinished environment

The ladies at this practice are superb. They are kind, honest and empathetic in really tough circumstances and it has been greatly appreciated. Would recommend you take your pet here in an instant. We have taken our cat to the Heaton Chapel branch and the service that we receive is absolutely great. The vets are really open to any of our questions and treat our cat with total care. I would recommend them to any body who wants a veterinary service that cares for their pets.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.
