Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

New to the area, and needed to find a vets to support my cats health. After registering online, and booking an appointment, I was worried I would need to wait a week as per the booking system. I called to veterinary and spoke to the reception who were very warm and welcoming, I explained my cat’s symptoms, thankfully they managed to book an appointment for the same day. On arrival all staff were super friendly, and I walked away reassured my cat had received the best care. Would highly recommend this practise.

Great service, we’re able to top up my new puppy’s vaccinations without question. I’ve moved to this vet for both dogs now, as my previous vet (park vet, run by CVC) wanted to restart the vaccination program which just sounded really dodgy to me. They also offer a cheaper pet club subscription. I’m looking forward to improved care for my two doggies!

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Always assured of a friendly welcome and professional care for your pet. The staff treat your animal as if it was one of their own with compassion and loving care. Jackie on reception makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have or finds out off the vets if she doesn’t know herself. Our cavapoo, Bella, is being treated for diabetes and her eye sight is failing. She is being treated by Fraser and sometimes Imogen, who both are professional but are friendly and reassuring, keeping you informed of treatment and progress of Bella’s condition. All the staff seem to be the same, really caring for your pet and ensuring they get the best treatment possible.

Very happy with how they treated our dog, he's a cavapoo puppy, 5mths old and due to infections never been well enough to have his vaccinations due to the medication he's been taking, so he's never met anyone outside our family before. The vets and nurses kept him calm and really made a fuss over him (keeping him calm) we were worried, (after numerous visits) he'd be scared of going in, but we've noticed he loves going to see the staff there because of all the attention he gets, good prices, lovely staff, highly recommended. Fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff. The care given to us last week when 1 of our cats suddenly fell ill was outstanding. He was seen immediately, given all the care and attention needed, but unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The vet we saw was so caring and compassionate at an extremely difficult time for us, we did not feel rushed during our last moments with him at all. Thank you Bury Road vets, we miss Rocket terribly and appreciate the little surprise card with his paw print received through the post today.

Fantastic vets! Had my dog here more times than I can count in the last 18 months and every time we are treated to the highest standard of care.
