I couldn't recommend Evergreen highly enough. We have a very nervous dog and the whole team have been absolutely excellent with him. We regularly pop in to help him get socialised with the vets and they are always so friendly and help him to get comfortable with the environment and the people. It has made any proper visits to the vets so much easier.

I went to see Charlie with my dog for a second opinion - what a difference to my previous vet. Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats. The feeling after leaving Evergreen was totally different to how I'd been feeling before, Charlie offered to send some information to a specialist and let us know what they suggest in a few days.. I cannot thank Charlie enough for the first appointment, we will now be travelling to use Evergreen.

Best vets we have used in 30 years. Animals first at all times. We tried other vets who put profit first andcdid unecessary work on the animals. All the team from Charlie the the vet, to the nurses, reception and hydrotherapy team have been excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

We changed to Evergreen vets recently & are really impressed with the care our elderly dog is receiving. Charlie & her team are knowledgeable, take time to explain everything and have a lovely manner. Dusky was sedated for X-rays & we were updated via WhatsApp when she came round, they even sent a picture of her in recovery which was very reassuring. Really recommend them.

Woodcroft Vets at Heaton Moor are the best vets that we have been to. We are lucky to be registered there. All the staff are so kind and helpful and when you are having a consultation there is no feel of being rushed, which is refreshing. Couldn’t recommended them highly enough

All staff and veterinarian were absolutely fantastic with my old and achey dog, who was in discomfort and whiney, keeping us up all night. Every check that needed doing and could be done was done in a friendly and professional manner. Can not fault them at all. My dog says maybe he could of had 3 treats rather than 2 though.

I've been coming to this vets for a few years now. They have good availability on appointments and the hospital for oit of hours. The vets have all been great, you can tell they genuinely care for the animals and work with you to explore the treatment options. They don't push unnecessary expensive treatment and help with claiming back from insurance too.

First visit to this vets but it won’t be my last. This surgery was the best vets I have ever visited. The receptionist and vet were so compassionate and friendly and so kind to my dog who was really nervous. The receptionist said if I was in the village I was welcome to call in anytime so Milo wouldn’t get as anxious if he came in the future. Well worth taking your pet here.

Woodcroft Vets in Bramhall are very welcoming and professional. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. The vets are knowledgeable and take time to reassure my dog who is a bit nervous about going but is always happy to visit! I thoroughly recommend them.

The team at Woodcroft Bramhall were fantastic. Luna my Cockapoo was warmly greeted by the receptionist and the vet was very thorough and in turn this made me feel confident that the right course of action was taken.

I have great confidence in Jim Shaw who has been looking after the veterinary needs of our Tibetan Terrier, Betty for the past 4.5 years. I would highly recommend this practice.

We have been with Brook Vets for many years and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced service. I can't thank Jim Shaw enough for being there for our cat (Squidge). We've been taking our cats to Jim for about 15 years and every trip has been great. They take the time to talk to you about your pet and discuss options. Colin (cat) is very anxious and I think has tried to bite staff due to pain from a bite, but they are always very calm and patient with him. Colin is a very good judge of character. The only issue is accessibility as a wheelchair user, but staff come down to collect the cats from the car park for me.

Have used brook vets for 13 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else as jim and the nurses have always been great. You can tell they love the animals and always do their best for them.they have treated both our beautiful cats.manuka and now maya.😻

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

I took my beloved cat into Southfields last Wednesday the 8th, thinking she was a bit under the weather. Sadly she had to be admitted to Woodcroft as she was seriously ill. Once again Southfields were amazing, the live, care and compassion as well as expertise they offer is second the none.

Lovely vets. Staff always friendly with my dog, they treat her like she's a member if family my dog loves visiting them even if its just to say hello as she goes past on a walk. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

The ladies at this practice are superb. They are kind, honest and empathetic in really tough circumstances and it has been greatly appreciated. Would recommend you take your pet here in an instant. We made the toughest decision that faces all animal lovers yesterday and had to let my beautiful boy, Cyril go in peace.. I cannot thank Pam , Aoife and another lovely member of staff enough Their kindness and compassion was above and beyond any vet practice I have known. We have taken our cat to the Heaton Chapel branch and the service that we receive is absolutely great. The vets are really open to any of our questions and treat our cat with total care. I would recommend them to any body who wants a veterinary service that cares for their pets.

I had the extremely heartbreaking and painful experience of having to put my beautiful cat put to sleep. This was one of the most traumatic experiences and decisions one can face. The Vet, Aoife Tennyson was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism was exemplary, her experience shone through and above all, her overwhelming kindness and understanding is something that I will never forget. The staff team were just simply perfect. I rung the surgery to made the very difficult appointment and was treated with warm, compassion, thoughtfulness, and overwhelming benevolence from (I think her name is Pam, she is on reception). She spoke with empathy and sympathy. She told me they were fully booked, yet, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and my cat by fitting us in, on that day! When we arrived at the surgery again, we were given time and space to think, feel and absorb this horrendous experience in our own time. I was able to walk straight into the consultation room as the level of excellence continued with regard to giving me time, space, and room to grieve. The nurse, Victoria was very gentle and tender with my cat and talked me through each step of what she was doing. There are no words to describe the amount of high level of support and expertise given by this veterinary practice. I would recommend them to everybody. Shear brilliance!!!!

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. I intend to have pets for the kids in the near future and now I know the vet I’m taking the pets for routine and vaccinations. Great place. I was surprised to have such a great vet near my home.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

Recently had my little one in for potential poisoning and with the reception helping me arrange emergency bookings from Simon giving me as much information and care to my cat as possible during my crisis I couldn't be happier I chose this place. We went to here with our dog as she wasn't eating. We seen Angelica the vet who was wonderful with our little dog gave our dog a injection and medication. Could see our dog liked her. This isn't the first time here with our dog over the years would highly recommend this place for your dog so caring people here and they want the best for your pet.

I must say that our experience with Vets4Pets has been quite wonderful. We took our boy Jarvis the cat there for three separate medical conditions over a short space of time and the care he received was first class. He received the very best veterinary care and whole process was wonderful and heartwarming. I also want to thank the staff working reception. They are warm and friendly and it really helped us to cope at a fraught and terribly worrying time. You’re all incredibly wonderful at what you do. Keep up the good work and thank you so very much!!!!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We brought our lovely 16 year old girl Poppy here after deliberating and dreading having to have her put to sleep. I spoke to James the vet who was really reassuring on the phone. Once we got there Pops perked up (as she loved the shop) James said it was up to us whether to go ahead. He said to take our time and that he'd wait absolutely as long as we needed. He gave us advice when we asked for it and told us reasons why it was likely she was in pain with arthritis etc. even though she didn't make any sounds or fuss. He gave Poppy the box of treats to help herself to and I decided that as she was actually happy and not in major distress- it was the kindest time for her. James was incredibly kind - He put the canula in her leg then let us take her round the shop for one last happy trip (off the lead and everything as she couldn't really run off) when she finally went to sleep she was still munching on treats and we were cuddling her and saying love and thanks to her. James left us for as long as we needed and then covered her in a lovely blanket. Following on from this - when I collected Pop's ashes and even later when I had to deal with insurance etc. all the staff (particularly Samantha) were so kind, thoughtful and efficient. Not to mention the handwritten card and packet of forget-me-not seeds. I hope I have remembered everyone's names right. I cannot rate our experience of this practice highly enough. Thank you xx
