Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

I moved to Manchester from America which was a huge move for me and my three cats and dog. Unfortunately new changes have led a couple of my older fur babies to have cystitis. I had a clinic in America I was very, very loyal to and very nervous about finding a new clinic. I am so happy I came here. They've solved both my cats' cystitis, we're straight forward about pricing (something I always appreciate as a customer) reassuring in their knowledge and informative even over the phone and genuinely kind. As a big plus, my cats absolutely love the vets here and love the clinic in general. I will add that when I panicked and called an emergency vet at night time (who I didn't end up going to) they promptly called to check in the next morning. Which they handled beautifully. One of my fur babies also loved the mini cat castles in the exam room which made her feel like it was more of a fun day out than a vet appointment. Receptionists are kind, warm and informative. Vets are too, and genuine cat lovers. I don't think I could rave enough or express my gratitude for helping so much. The clinic is very clean and welcoming too. I don't ever plan to take my cats anywhere else. I'm so grateful to this clinic and so are my kitties.

Both my little ones Stan Lee and Nina are registered with Manchester Cat Clinic. I have previously used two other vets in another city - I have never received such brilliant care before like I have at this clinic. The communication is impeccable, after every visit I get an email with a breakdown of what the appointment consisted of. Nina went in for neutering and after I took her home I had a full 'discharge summary' detailing all her medication and aftercare. Stan Lee had quite a lot of surgery at another clinic and I never received any of this before so I was really happy and felt well informed. Stan is a really scared boy due to negative past experiences but every staff member was caring and considerate of his anxieties. When you're in appointments the cats are well looked after, being given the freedom to smell around the room and are kept happy with treats. Vets have previously been pretty daunting experience for me due to a nervous boy and the uncertainty of the outcome/lack of communication or clarity and of course how much it will cost. Manchester Cat clinic have completely changed all those anxieties and they have a customer for life with me! Thank you! x

I have only attended three appointments here and I can confidently say I would recommend this veterinary practice it is a positive/necessary change to be in a cat only clinic as I feel confident that everything possible will be carried out effectively, to me this vet practice goes beyond basic care as it seems they really try and work with you to problem solve and ensure you are happy and informed throughout the process. Just to add for any neurodivergent cat owners- as an autistic person I have been happy with the direct/clear communication at every appointment (unknowingly this was just a given I didn’t even have to ask!). You can really tell it means more than a business as I have always been clearly informed about prices/payments (their prices are not extortionate either). All the staff i have met have been friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job which makes the appointments very reassuring. Altogether very positive although I’m not sure my Luna would say the same right now as she’s just been spayed so a little grumpy! I’m sure she loved the calming music and kind staff though:)

Very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Everyone is friendly, making Milo feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment (I even think he enjoys visiting). Communication is really good and I have always been able to get a same day appointment for unexpected issues Milo faces quite regularly. You will also receive updates (with photos) if your cat requires any surgeries etc Couldn't thank the team enough for all the help they've given Milo over the past year.

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Thanks to you amazing people, she is on the mend and resting at home. It’s been a traumatic day but you guys have made us feel reassured and kept us informed throughout.

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Lovely vets. Staff always friendly with my dog, they treat her like she's a member if family my dog loves visiting them even if its just to say hello as she goes past on a walk. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

We've been taking our cats to Jim for about 15 years and every trip has been great. They take the time to talk to you about your pet and discuss options. Colin (cat) is very anxious and I think has tried to bite staff due to pain from a bite, but they are always very calm and patient with him. Colin is a very good judge of character. The only issue is accessibility as a wheelchair user, but staff come down to collect the cats from the car park for me.

Been using Brooks vets for 16yrs and always been very happy with them, the staff are lovely and Jim the vet is very professional. I recently had to have my beloved dog put to sleep after 17yrs Jim and his staff were amazing at a difficult time

I have great confidence in Jim Shaw who has been looking after the veterinary needs of our Tibetan Terrier, Betty for the past 4.5 years. I would highly recommend this practice.

I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

Professional and caring, depending on the day sometimes the wait was short and other times you just need to be patient the vets are doing their best. Leave a donation because they absolutely deserve it.

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. I intend to have pets for the kids in the near future and now I know the vet I’m taking the pets for routine and vaccinations. Great place. I was surprised to have such a great vet near my home.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.
