Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

Lovely vets' practice. My cat has developed problems that have been difficult to diagnose but Michael and the whole team have shown immense determination in finding out what the problem is. They treat her with kindness and humour which makes a difficult situation much easier. Thank you 😊

They have looked after our cat beautiful just recently, she's only ever been to the vets once before (not including her kitten jabs etc) so she was quite terrified. The staff handled her with the utmost care and I'll always be thankful for their help.

Trafford vets are the best vets I've been to in all my years of owning animals I've been to pretty much all local vets and Trafford vets wins hands down on all aspects wouldn't go anywhere else now. Great vets great service great value.

Staff are amazing, really considerate and will take onboard anything you have found about the breed of your dog if they are not experts in that breed showing a real willingness to expand their knowledge, they are superb

First visit since I registered my cats after using another vets for many years. Easy to book in, plenty of options for people that work Unlike my previous vets. All staff were welcoming & friendly. Love the fact they have a separate waiting area for customers with cats 😀 Vet was easy to communicate with, efficient & informative. Very happy I have moved here.

Today was our first time visiting Buchanans Urmston with our 12year old Husky, who suffers from arthritis. Gaby the vet was fantastic with Nyla, the consultation wasn’t rushed and Gaby explained all the options available for Nyla. You can tell they really care for the animals here. I come here with my assistance dog Hugo. I feel like the team here can't do enough for me. I'm a 41yr old male military veteran (apparently we need to show this info for context). The staff I've met are beyond lovely and very approachable. I can't see how a nice person couldn't get nice responses from these wonderful people.

Absolutely amazing vets, nurses and reception staff at vets4pets Urmston, have all 3 of my cats registered here with their care plan, one of my cats is epileptic, one is blind and the other 1 just had neutured, treat all my cats with love and respect that I would when they are home with me, my cats health and quality of life has improved greatly since I signed up to the vets here they actual care for the animals and are so approachable and can call up with any questions or concerns and they will always go out of their way to help me and inform me, never had any issues, my youngest kitten Henry has just been neutured there and has made such quick recovery and healing brilliantly, would be so lost without these guys here at Urmston store, thank you so much for all you do ❤️ it's greatly appreciated

I brought my dog into this vets in the middle of last year, my dog was suffering with an ear infection & hematoma and his usual vets weren’t seeing to him, vets 4 pets were absolutely amazing with him & I cannot fault them! They were able to drain his ear, give him some drops & then he was put on regular medication. Hugo is now the healthiest he’s ever been with his allergies at bay ☺️. Dr.Bekas has been nothing but patient & understanding with my dog as he is very anxious! Overall a great experience and is now my dogs regular vet. Everyone is so nice & accommodating too.

Fantastic team, we felt cared for, supported and above all our beautiful boy Max were looked after right till his last breath. Losing Max were one of the hardest days of my life, he was family, but this amazing team took away the stresses and dealt with everything. Thank you so much. All great staff, but Alex truly cared for our Max and for that I will be eternally grateful. ❤️
