A really incredible Italian restaurant tucked away down a quiet street. The gluten free base was absolutely amazing and they had a high chair for our young child. Would recommend if you are in the area.

You already now it’s mchicken gaming back for another review. Good prices and food fresher than my mate geeds breath. The Nutella pizza is a must if you’re not eating that good but then you’re denying yourself of a good time. The next time I got I shall get 3 Nutella pizzas. The management/crew is also very good. This place gets full marks (5/5 eggs) on the Mchicken Gaming scoreboard and shall definitely dine again.

My family and I have just eaten here for the first time this evening and we absolutely LOVED it! The service was fab and the food was incredible. Amazing to have a choice of a gluten free base for a pizza and it didn’t disappoint! It’s one of the best gf bases I’ve ever had, it was like a real Neapolitana pizza base. Delicious!! We will definitely be back for the food and the lovely service too, thank you guys! :)

Pizza is amazing and can also highly recommend the calamari! Is quite small so lovely atmosphere but do try book ahead if you can but will always do their best to fit you in.

Heard great things… it was good! First time here, the menu I saw on Google was different to the current menu so do check ahead if you’re wanting to know. All good, very nice and tasty, the cauliflower schnitzel was too oily and a little over facing before you pour the garlic butter on top. Service friendly and didn’t have to wait too long for anything. Will return.

Wow ! Been trying to go here for a while but when I try to book in on a Sunday it's always full. I remembered to book earlier in the week this time. I now know why it's always busy, the food is amazing and the service is brilliant. We both had the lamb and a side of cauliflower cheese between us which was plenty. Every element of the roast was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. We are so happy we've found somewhere in Urmston (being new to the area) we can visit every two weeks. 2 courses for £20 a bargain well worth it tbh we were full with just the roast dinner. I can't recommend this place enough for a top roast, we will be back to try the week menu very soon as well as being regular Sunday diner's.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Proost, a local restaurant in Urmston, and what an experience it was! Let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing. The Sunday dinner here has to be one of the best in the North West, hands down. The food was comforting yet sophisticated, a perfect blend for a family meal. What an experience! I don’t know where to start honestly everything was exceptional from the beginning to the end. The warm welcoming and extraordinary hospitality and kindness we received from the polite gentleman, Medo, this was really remarkable and made the experience even more special, he delivered the best service that makes you wanna go there again. The food was simply delicious! Everything was very well made and tasted great, thanks to the great chef she did well! Not a single flaw to mention. I would definitely go there again and again and would always recommend it as one of the few excellent authentic Syrian cuisines.

We were a family of 6 adults and dined here on a Saturday evening. Overall we enjoyed our visit. We shared a mixture of starters and mains and every dish was very tasty and well presented. Only small negative was that although they were not full the initial service to order and get drinks was slow but they did apologise. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant decor and cleanliness is good so we'd definitely return.

I'd been to syriana before and knew how good it was. Had a family visit from Wales today and I can guarantee it will be visited by us all again. Amazing food, great service. There isn't that much available in their small welsh town so to be able for them to experience this was brilliant. They absolutely loved it. As did i. Amazing.

Had a fantastic first meal here. The food was excellent: we had the sea bass and the chicken, followed by the awesome amaretto affogato. The service was second to none, and the decor and ambience were welcoming and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

What a lovely, busy but nice environment. We really enjoyed having a family meal here for the first time last night. The food was spot on and reasonably priced. The service was fantastic and as expected from a nice place to eat, it was very busy. Although busy it wasn’t over powering and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be returning. Staff were friendly and welcoming to the children too. The little shots brought over at the end with Chocolates were a fab little touch and really put a smile on the kids face.

Had an amazing time here last night with my girlfriend, came on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. I had a Maturo Burger which was absolutely to die for and my girlfriend had a Sirloin that was cooked to perfection. We were looked after by Miurk (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who made sure we had everything we needed and was very pleasant to speak to. Will definitely be coming again next time I am in Manchester :)

3 friends and I had a bottomless brunch at Maturo on Friday afternoon.. It was absolutely fantastic. Great value for money. Food was great and the staff could not be faulted. I’ve only marked the atmosphere low as we were amongst only a few folk in there but I imagine if it was busy it would be great. A big plus is that there was NO loud music as one of my friends is hard of hearing. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing food, never disappoints, our favourite place to come. Very reasonable prices and service is fantastic, very attentive and explained all the different cuts of meats. Can't wait to return.

Wow, just wow! We decided last minute to dine here on Saturday and made a booking on line with ease. On arrival, our tables wasn't quite ready so we were offered complimentary drinks whilst we waited. The restaurant was bustling with two birthday celebrations, a private event upstairs and every other table full with large groups. We were seated and our food order taken shortly after. The different steaks are visible in a giant fridge so it's easy to decide what you'd like to eat and the staff bring it out to you to choose the size of the piece if you opt for the specialised steak like the Wagu which is extremely popular. The atmosphere was merry with 'happy birthday' being sang by staff to the birthday people and it kind of Mexican themed in its delivery with the whole restaurant joining in clapping and singing. The food was divine, my fillet steak being one of the best I've ever eaten and the cocktails complimented it perfectly. My daughter and fiance both thoroughly enjoyed their steaks too and each of plates were completely clear at the end. The staff were extremely attentive and we did not want for anything. Unfortunately we're only in Manchester twice a year visiting family but we'll be eating here every time we visit from now on!! Came on a Wednesday evening around 6.30pm. A warm welcome and speedy service. Never thought I'd enjoy a deep fried haggis pakora but I fully recommend it!! Great food, will be back

Scottish-Indian fusion works really well! Food tasted lovely, good menu selection and service attentive. The tapas style menu meant you can choose a few things to share and the cocktails were lovely too. Roti fried mars bar and ice cream was a great dessert! Excellent addition to Urmston

Love this place! Food was absolutely amazing, all really fresh, loads of veggie options and amazing cocktails. Immediately felt incredibly welcome. The venue looks great too, couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be back again it’s a real asset to Urmston, good luck guys I hope you do well.

This is a fab place offering an Indian-Scottish fusion. Sounds unusual at first but it all clicks on the menu. Spiced scotch egg and the deep fried mars bar were incredible. The one thing to note is that the burgers are quite big compared to the other tiffin dishes, so don't over-order!

WOW, WOW, WOW! I always find Italian Restaurants can be a bit hit and miss so I was expecting the usual ‘ok’ restaurant. Boy was I wrong! This Restaurant was exceptional! Let’s start with the arrival, we were greeted with a happy smiling waitress that found us good table in the extended part of the restaurant. The restaurant itself was spotless clean and the customers were people who dressed smart showing the restaurant attracts high end clientele. The server was extremely polite and jovial which adds to the excellent atmosphere. We were given 3 menus that included a lunchtime menu, a ‘specials menu’ and the normal menu. This was obviously a large menu but had an excellent choice of meals. I started with a garlic bread with cheese which was a generous sized 12” pizza base with buffalo mozzarella cheese and garlic oil. It was delicious and made with quality ingredients. For the main course I ordered a seafood spaghetti and it was exceptional and more. The spaghetti was full of delicious seafood in a felicitous tomato sauce and the portion size was massive, so big that I wasn’t able to finish it. I’d probably say it was without doubt the most delicious seafood spaghetti I’ve eaten from a English Italian Restaurant, definitely a 10 out of 10. Not even Gordon Ramsay could have made a better spaghetti…..it was that good. Overall, a welcoming restaurant with great staff who are polite, happy, helpful and humble, a very clean restaurant with a very talented chef that serves exceptional food as good as or even better than top restaurants in Italy!

Came here tonight with the family to celebrate our nephews 16th birthday. The restaurant was able to accommodate 12 people. The service was excellent. The staff were courteous and accommodating. Food was served all together and it was served at the right temperature. The only small thing was that we waited a while after the starters for the main but the staff explained and apologised. Despite this everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and wine. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going again!

Was worried as was full house. Some tables had alot of guests in one party so was worried about food arriving. Starters arrived and was delish everyone enjoyed. The main arrived fresh and hot. Had carbonara and is the best I’ve have had. Son wants to go back!!

Excellent, family-run Italian restaurant that has been open in Urmston for decades. The restaurant is spacious with a quirky décor and delicious food. We were there on a very busy night (Christmas Eve), but we were served by friendly and efficient staff. To start, we had garlic bread and cheese, followed by salmon in a cream and tomato sauce and chicken in a Diane sauce. Both were excellent: the salmon was cooked perfectly, with a light and tasty sauce, and the chicken was moist and flavoursome. I have been coming here for years, and it is always a great experience.

Been coming here for 35 years and the food is amazing great portions staff are fantastic.Su & her team always make you feel so welcome.. & they work so hard & nothing is too much trouble.. Simply the best value, well portioned and tasty mixed grill you can get anywhere. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is always clean and there is a broad spectrum of customers. If you are in the area well worth a visit. Eat in or at the tables outside under shelter.

Best cafe in urmston been coming since I was little no where does a breakfast like here staff are always warm and friendly
