We were helped out with quite a serious rat population and nesting around our communal bin store, which was brought under control quickly, with regular visits and updates, really helpful advice and knowledgeable insights into the cause and possible solutions. I've always felt there's a genuine concern and commitment to helping us get on top of the problem. Communication is spot on as well - would highly recommend.

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. He was extremely polite, respectful when entering the house and was very knowledgeable, putting my mind at rest. A fantastic job at an excellent price. We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access. Great service, very reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Excellent service. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

I would definitely recommend contacting Mark at Integrated Pest Solutions for any problems you may need help with. I had an issue I needed a professional to deal with and Mark was really prompt with his response, very knowledgeable and really helpful. A really good contact to have and very confident in recommending him for any pest related issues. I would definitely return to him if needed, top bloke.

Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

We have been experiencing an issue with woodlice so we got in touch with Pest Solutions. Mark called us back and after listening to the issue, he gave us great advice on how to tackle the issue from the root by sorting out the damp problem first. I returned from a long weekend away to discover mice had taken over my kitchen and managed to get someone round within an hour. Our pest control man Abs was friendly and professional and came round three times over the space of five or six weeks to make sure that our problem was solved, which I can happily say is the case. Reasonable price too, I would definitely recommend.

Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. They were polite and friendly and my patio was cleaner when they’d finished than it was before they started. Well done and so far so good. Thank you.

Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! We contacted this company as we had a mole in the garden for the first time in 25 years. The operative arrived quickly and laid traps. The company kept us informed of his arrival time and he was very prompt. As soon as he left, we saw no more signs of infestation. On the second visit, the operative found the perpetrator. The company even suggested a repayment of the third visit (we paid £240 in advance). Well done! We’ve got our garden back!!

We've had Chris H out on several visits for a squirrel problem in our loft. All I can say is that Chris is fantastic at his job, not only is he knowledgeable with regard to eliminating the rodent issue. He also tell you the right information in keeping them out.
