Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

I called Ian as soon as we realised we had a wasps nest in our soffits. I found him on internet and liked he was a small family company. He answered and offered to come that afternoon. Less than an hour later he was here up a ladder resolving the problem. All now appears sorted. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Brilliant company! Avoid any big chains and use local companies (like Guardian). Used these guys twice for potential bed bugs - where none were found and we just paid a small call out charge and to remove a bees nest where they came same day and sorted the problem - again really cheaply! Great guys who really care and just made the whole stressful situation much more pleasant! If you are around Warrington, this is the best company around (I've looked). I've used bigger companies too which don't show up and charge significantly more for less.

Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.
