After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Highly recommended! We recently called Aardvark Pest Control for what we thought was a wasp nest. The technician arrived within 2 hours and was very professional. He quickly identified that it was actually a honey bee colony that had already moved on and shared his wisdom. What really stood out was he refused to take any payment since there were no pests to deal with even when we offered to thank him for his quick response, we have kids who wanted to play in the garden so his swift response was really appreciated. We called Aardvark Pest Control as others on here and rated them highly. Ed came and was very punctual and knowledgeable about the potential signs of a wasp nest in the area. Unfortunately it was a wasted journey for pest control as there wasn't enough evidence of an active nest to treat but kindly there was no call out charge for the visit. My rating reflects the professionalism of Aardvark pest control and is a thank you for the knowledge I have received from their visit.

Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked last minute (wasps) and he slotted me into an appointment within a couple of days. Ed arrived on time and spent some time checking for the nest at the property, which turned out to actually be a dead/old nest from earlier on in the year. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. He was extremely polite, respectful when entering the house and was very knowledgeable, putting my mind at rest. A fantastic job at an excellent price. John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from Deane! Came when he said he would, very competent, tidy and respectful of people and property. 3 visits for rat problem in loft and you pay on completion of the work. Highly recommend.

Brilliant company! Avoid any big chains and use local companies (like Guardian). Used these guys twice for potential bed bugs - where none were found and we just paid a small call out charge and to remove a bees nest where they came same day and sorted the problem - again really cheaply! Great guys who really care and just made the whole stressful situation much more pleasant! If you are around Warrington, this is the best company around (I've looked). I've used bigger companies too which don't show up and charge significantly more for less.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Andy has been helping me with a rat issue in my buy to let property and he has been so helpful. This issue has been quite challenging and there has been quite a few attendances to resolve this issue. He is very responsive and I will contact them again if I have any future problems

Andy was really helpful, friendly and efficient. Costs cheaper than the councils and didn’t have to wait 2 weeks! Andy called round the next day and dealth with my spider problem! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Found wasps behind our wooden cladding on a Sunday. Messaged Andy and received a response very quickly. Arranged for him to come and deal with them the very next day whilst I was at work. I was worried about him damaging the new cladding but he took care and did it using extension poles rather than ladders to avoid damage. Price was less than Wigan council. When I arrived home from work they were totally gone and no sign of them has been seen since. Couldn't be any more perfect.

All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him.
