What an amazing Vets. We were so pleased with the care and treatment our dog Ben received. He is an extremely anxious terrier when it comes to vets, but everyone made Ben feel so welcomed and calmer and he was amazing. He was treated with the utmost care and compassion as if he was their own pet. Every pet that came in was made to feel special. Amazing people. We have only moved to the Wigan area a few months ago, but I am sooo glad we found the right Vetenary Surgery for our Ben. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Fantastic vets I took my cat kaio for an urgent appointment as he had cut his side. They took him straight away and stitched him back up. The next day the nurse called to see how he was doing. All the staff are very caring and lovely. Thanks for sorting my kaio out💗

I just wanted to pass on a big thank you to the whole admin team on the front desk, I know it’s rare in a service industry to have much other than complaints, especially when you are customer facing, but for this reason along with the fact that all the staff I've dealt with so far are all such a pleasure to deal with I thought it pertinent to highlight with some positive feedback. I changed vets recently and have had 3 visits since, 2 at Hindley and one at Leigh. I wanted to extend thanks to all the staff for their friendly approach, professional manner and over all high level of service. In particular I wanted to thank Bethany, for her friendly, patient and polite manner and all round excellent service, it’s a pleasure to deal with her and all the staff on the phone and over email, thank you for always going the extra mile. It’s much appreciated and makes a sometimes worrying experience much easier to go through. Also many thanks to Gordon (the vet who we went to see yesterday) for his lovely comments on the overall condition and weight of our girls (we have two French Bulldogs and a miniature Dachshund).

Literally just registered both my dogs here this morning. First impressions....Im impressed! I'm filled with confidence that both my Dogs will be well cared for here. Judy on receptiontion was so nice.. Looking forward to meeting the team on friday when i take Arlo for his appointment.

Ideally the cost of a vet & treatment would be gentle on the wallet. With 5 pets we've taken there and the occasional wild animal in need. They have always done a fantastic job.

Can’t say enough good things about medivet Standish, they have seen both my puppies with no issues at all I’ve the past 3 years, not only that when my dads cat (who at the time wasn’t registered at the practice) became ill, they saw her straight away with no hesitation and the care she received in that time was second to non. And today when I have brought my kitten in for the first time the care for her was amazing. These vets really care about your animals and I think the price you pay is fair for the care and service you receive whilst there. No problem is too big or small for them. Will never take my pets anywhere else!

Excellent service with no complaints. Easy to book an appointment, efficient treatment, and friendly staff. I also love how clean, bright and fresh everything looks, and it smells clean too!

We were struggling to find a vet who could provide our dog with an AHC. Medivet did everything, and for half the price of some of the quotes I've seen on socials media. Highly recommended, thank you much.

We lost our amazing 15 year old Lab (Sandy) a few months ago and in all the years she was under Anrich, they treated her like family. Even her passing was with kindness and respect. We feel honored to have had Sandy in our lives for so long and for her to have had the care of such special people around her.

When our dog Margot was diagnosed with a slipped disc our whole lives stopped that day, we were absolutely besides ourselves with worry. From the second we walked into Anrich vets we just felt so taken care of, they were exactly what us and Margot needed. They gave our baby the most outstanding care and because they acted so quickly she is now going from strength to strength. Absolutely everyone we dealt with from the practice manager to various vets and the reception staff treated us with so much kindness and compassion, we will be forever greatful ❤️

My parents have been with Anrich from the very start which as lead to us all taking our own animals there. I wouldn’t use any other vets. They have everything needed to cover all treatments your animals need. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

During a lovely walk in the Scottish Lochs around southern Scotland unfortunately my dog Mint managed to slice her back paw in half.. after a phone call to Anrich vets Wigan and a 2 hour drive home mint was checked over, bandaged up and booked in for an operation the following day. I cant thank Alice and Sandy enough for their time, care and attentiontion to perfection on sticking and fixing Mints paw. Over the following weeks as we returned every 3 or 4 days for check ups and new bandages all the team were amazing and showed genuine care and affection to Mint. The support, advice and reassurances that Mint would be OK was excellent and I can't thank the team enough. The help didn't stop there either. Once all was done and the bill was to be settled they even helped with the completion of the insurance form and sent them off on my behalf to ensure everything was correct and a speedy payment could be arranged. Thank-you Alice, Sandy and everyone at Anrich Vets Wigan for their love and support. Take care :-)

How many vets in Wigan or surrounding areas have a 24 hour care system in place? I have been familiar with this surgery when Mr Warrior ran the practice 1960’s The high standards established then remain today. Claire’s Doggy Rooming and Grooming I hear lots of stories some good and some sad that’s why I’m giving my support to a vet who listens and is compassionate 🐾🦴

My dog had been poorly for a number of days when I brought him to the practice. Lindsay saw him, she took care of him like he was her dog. Lindsay gathered lots of information from us before doing a blood test (Lucy helped in this task.) When the results came back, Lindsay went through everything with us. A plan of care was discussed with us which we agreed to. Milo needed a follow up appointment on Bank holiday Monday. This time we saw Nicola, another caring , knowledgeable vet. Again a care plan was discussed with us which we agreed to. Milo says thanks for making him better. We thank you too. Staff are so caring and professional, excellent. Well done.

Bryn vets are absolutely amazing. Thursday, 16th Jan, my labrador Bailey, 13 years old, was struggling to breathe due to his progressive laryngeal paralysis condition he has. I got to see the vets straight away. Upon arrival, my Bailey got out of the car, and by the time we got to the desk to check in, his tongue had turned blue, and he couldn't breathe. Rhianan on the desk quickly got him straight through to the back with the vets and got him on oxygen, and gave him sedation to calm him down. I was in tears. There were two vets that helped deal with him, Nicola, and a blonde haired vet, so sorry I forgot your name. Nicola spoke with me and explained very calmly what my options were. She arranged for me to take him to Whitefield Vet hospital for an emergency Tie Back operation. They monitored him for 2 hrs, and I came back to collect him with my husband. Rhianan was so caring and the blonde vet. We brought him outside, and again, he struggled to breathe, so they asked if it wss OK to sedate him again. Once they were happy with him, we then made our way to Whitefield Vet hospital. He had the operation the next day (today) and was successful. Rhianan rang me up to check how Bailey was doing , telling me that she couldn't stop thinking about Bailey all night and that all the vets were too. How lovely is that ? It brought me to tears to see how caring and loving the staff at Bryn vets are towards their animals that they care for. I can not thank you enough for the care and love you have all shown. It's gonna be a lot of care and attention for Bailey once he comes home . But I know I've got the best caring staff at Bryn vets a phone call away. From the bottom of my heart , thank you for helping my Bailey xxxx

Thank you to all at Bryn vets for seeing Hope quickly this morning after she had been hit by a car. She was treated by yourselves before being transferred to the vet hospital. We brought her home this evening after getting the all clear. She did not have any internal damage thankfully. She’s been such a lucky girl and we are so grateful for the care you provided.

We sadly had to put are beautiful husky to sleep and Rutland house helped us through this. The staff were very helpful and compassionate. Today we received a card containing a paw print, lovely message, flower seeds and a tuff of Mika's fur 😭. Thank you to all the staff ❤

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

I’ve been taking my pets here since moving to the area three years ago. I’ve seen all the vets at different points and have always been really impressed. They give you clear explanations and advice on costs etc. I have felt that they very much act in your pets best interests. For example not recommending surgery for my older cat despite this clearly being a profitable option. Cat recovered well on the advice of Aaron. We lost our dog almost two years ago and he’d declined over the year. Potts and Charlotte were fantastic. Explaining all options but then allowing time to answer questions about everything so I could make informed decisions. When it came time to say goodbye they allowed two of us inside to be with him and let us have as much time as needed. The nurses were all absolutely amazing too. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else now.

I have been bringing my pets to this practice for over 40 years and have always had an excellent experience. I consider myself lucky to have a trusted practice caring for my animals.

I have used Gilmore vets for 30 years and I have never been disappointed. I know I can trust them to give my pet the best care. They have always explained any treatment required and shown empathy when treatment no longer is an option, even to the point of sending a sympathy card on the loss of my pet. I highly recommend Gilmore Veterinary Practice.

I had a lovely vet I think her name was Lauren. I sadly had to have my elderly cat put down, she talked me through everything that was going to happen and I didn’t feel rushed when I was saying goodbye to her. For an awful situation all I can say is thank you for your support it’s a wonderful practice
