Fantastic service and extremely caring, compassionate and professional staff. Have been with them for the last 3 years and unfortunately needed there services for my very poorly cat. They couldn't do enough and helped every step of the way while she was unwell. When we needed to say goodbye they were so supportive and empathetic, I really can't thank them enough. This is definitely the best clinic - we would never wish for anything else for our cats. All the staff have been very professional but same time it always felt personal - and I am very grateful for all the care, advice, support and empathy we received and felt during one of hardest weeks we have ever had - when we had to say goodbye to our most special cat. Just cats is a wonderful, caring and supportive team of vets and veterinary nurses. They really put the personal touch into the care of your cat, and make you feel that your cat is important to them. We used Just Cats for 18 years with our cat, and through the whole period of time they were amazing and supportive, even at the end when we had to say goodbye to our cat they were amazing in a very difficult time. I would 100% recommend Just Cats to everyone looking for a vets for their cat.

Chris is a modern day James Herriot - no interest in the money just the welfare of your best friend :) - Looked after our last dog for 10 years and will be registering our new puppy in January, We cant recomend him enough !

Chris and his team have been our chosen vet for our furry little mate Charlie for the last 14 years. I can not express how kind, dedicated, and hardworking the whole team are. He has of late, been looking after our Charlie boy suffering with congestive heart failure and trying every option available to him to give him a comfortable life, until we had to make the heartbreaking decision last night to let him go peacefully in our arms as all options had been exhausted and he was starting to suffer. Chris knew Charlie was anxious of the vet surgery from a previous operation and he gave us the option to let him pass away in the comfort of our car snuggled in his bed with his favourite toys and us holding him. The prices of his services and compassionate work ethic are unbeatable, and there is no wonder that he is so busy and in such high demand. The practice is a collective of animal lovers who genuinely want the very best for all creatures who visit and not focused on being a money-making machine. Chris, Thank you for everything! we can't praise you and your staff enough and hope that one day in the future, if we decide to get another pet that we can come back.

Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for. One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her. In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too. Can’t Highly recommend Sunrise Vets enough.

We moved to Sunrise thanks to a recommendation from a friend, wish we had done it years ago. All the staff are very friendly and you feel like your doggo is gettng the attention they deserve, he even happily trots in to the practice, which was unheard of in our previous vets.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

We have always been impressed with the care shown by the team at Chorley Vets to all our pets over the years. They are all such warm and caring people who seem to love what they do. My dog had to stay in for the day and I had regular updates on his progress which was really reassuring. I could tell he had cuddles to reassure him too, as I could smell lovely perfume on him when I took him home later that evening. It was also his first birthday which I didn't mention but they spotted and even gave him a birthday card. Although all the team are lovely, I have to mention Jess and Sam on reception who I feel are exceptional. Thank you all.

Two recent visits to Chorley Vets. One for advice regarding my Miniature Schnauzers health and secondly, unfortunately to put her to rest. On both occasions we were both treated with empathy and respect. All the staff went out of their way to make me feel better, especially the wonderful vet David. I was given some lovely pawprints & a lock of her fur in a keepsake bottle. I have no hesitation recommending Chorley Vets.

Lovely family business, fantastic personal service. Our poor rabbit Shadow was in a bad way (cancer) unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The staff were absolutely amazing. I would like to give a special thank you to Sam on reception and Louise the Head Veterinary surgeon who were very knowledgeable and understanding helping my daughter come to terms with what had to be done. Lovely people.

I cannot recommend Chorley Vets enough. We recently took my son’s frog there, and the care and attention they provided were fantastic. They were thorough, professional, and compassionate, and even sent a follow-up letter to check if everything was okay. This thoughtful touch really stood out to us. Shortly after, my daughter had to take her very ill guinea pig to them. The staff acted immediately and took him straight in. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, we sadly lost him. The team was incredibly supportive and empathetic throughout such a difficult time, and their kindness meant so much to us. The staff at Chorley Vets are truly amazing—caring, attentive, and so thoughtful. They go above and beyond for both the animals and their owners. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.

Copper Beech are an absolute fantastic vet. They really care about the animals and they are so reasonably priced. They help the rescue I work with, they see all our rescue dogs when needed, and they are brilliant with each and every one of our dogs. Some of whom, are not very happy at the vets! Keith is brilliant, he knows exactly how to handle a dog who is being a bit feisty shall we say, and he is very thorough in his examinations. He can be blunt and straight to the point, but that's exactly what is needed, especially when dealing with an animals health. He knows his stuff! Maxine is so lovely, she loves all our rescue dogs and always asks how they're doing after they have been in. They really are a wonderful vet surgery. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are so welcoming and lovely, all the staff are so nice and they love seeing our rescue dogs. Even the feral ones 😂 thank you Copper Beech for everything you do for our rescue dogs. You're all absolutely fantastic ❤️

Our first experience at Copper Beech Vets was lovely. ❤️ They happily accepted us as a last minute appointment as our dog Jinx needed an irritated bump removed. Both me and my mum were nervous for her but the staff quickly put us and Jinx at ease. Welcoming staff, clear explanations and not at a wild price either. After a few hours with the vet, Jinx is now at home resting after being pampered by staff. Thank you very much! Absolutely recommend! ❤️🐾

Staff are friendly however consultation rooms are small for larger breeds and consultations are done on the floor would be great if they had a lifting table. Sometimes it seems price takes precedence over the right course of treatment for the animal. I understand this may be procedure but can be a little off putting when you just want whats right for your pet regardless of the cost, may be a better way to approach this

We've used Armac for over 30 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Gus and his team are amazing, our boy has had two cruciate operations and is now on permanent medication for heart failure, we will always be grateful for their dedication and care of cookie.

A lovely warm, friendly, caring atmosphere. All the staff are totally customer focused and very caring. My cat is never anxious about going to the vet. The best by far!
