Still my favourite place in Manchester. From the hospitality and welcome to the absolutely incredible food! Complex but approachable cooking with sauces to die for. Each dish is immaculate and full of flavour with superb presentation. The guys here are just going from strength to strength, every visit they somehow keep getting better. Inventive drinks offering with local suppliers and natural wines. Front of house is relaxed and attentive but the stars of the show are Julian and Max the chef/owners whose welcome and conversation is the best you will get anywhere in the city. Wether it’s on the chefs table or being served one of their dishes they truly make every meal a special occasion. Absolutely loving what these guys are doing and with the challenges of the venue size they are smashing it out the park. Go and visit Exhibition too in Manchester where they have a kitchen serving incredible flatbread based dishes called Jaan.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed by the staff and ambience! Definitely suggesting sitting at the kitchen bar if you would like to chat with some great chefs. The scallop and tomatoes were a standout for us, unreal. The wine list was really approachable with some good natural gems. Every dish was explained perfectly, and having chefs drop dishes was a great touch. Chef Max made the experience one of the best we've had in England with some great conversation. We will be definetly be back and spread the word!

We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, especially since it has a high rating of 4.8 on Google. The starters were a pleasant surprise—very good and creative. However, the main courses were a bit of a letdown. The cabbage tasted good, but the core was bitter. Unfortunately, the steak was dry and overcooked, even after we sent it back (we had ordered it medium rare). Overall, we wanted to give this place a higher rating because it seemed like a hidden gem, especially for the price. We’ll need to come back another time to see if it was just an off night.

Arrived during lunch hour and it was no problem to have lunch without a reservation. Very friendly and professional staff. The have a nice selection of wine by the glass and the bottle selection is also really good. Foodwise I can say that every dish had wonderfully balanced ingredients of high quality. Some of the dishes (artichoke and cabbage with mussels) were magnificent. A must visit when you want wine and dine on a high level in Manchester.

For only a small restaurant this place packs a punch. They made my partners 40th such a special experience and looked after us so well. With gorgeous seasonal food that is so intricately put together I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A hidden away bar and bistro overlooking the golf course. All food is made to order and we had an excellent meal. Plus the prices were very reasonable for the high quality food. Compliments to the chef. The lady behind the bar who served was quick, very friendly and knowable about the food. Would definitely recommend. Ideal for groups, special occasions. Outside veranda with seating would be great in sunny weather. Lovely spot and would visit again.

It was empty when we called due to the snow and course being closed, but we're welcomed, and some great choices in music created enough atmosphere. Food was hot tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were chatty and attentive all with a stunning view

We held our staff meeting at the View for around 45 people. The lunch buffet was lovely, pastries tea and coffee on arrival, cookies at break and the sausage rolls were great. Everyone commented on this and Ian accommodated all our needs and asks. The venue is in a lovely setting and we really enjoyed the day. Thank you

Lighting circuit tripped in the morning. Stuart came round at lunch time, found the issue and replaced the faulty fan. Excellent service and really friendly! Would highly recommend and definitely will use them again

Been here numerous times for evening meal, cant fault it. Great staff and food. Got told by friends have to go for breakfast, wasn't disappointed. Well worth going. Had the sausage & Egg naan. 😋😋😋. Struggled to get a booking for breakfast as its that popular.

Wow, our first visit and certainly won't be the last, our waiter was so helpful explained everything to us, and his recommendations, making sure everything was just perfect. The food was just something very special we all really enjoyed it, and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely be back soon. Thank you.

Having our kitchen renovated and Dave came in to do the electrical side of it. Total professional and no question was a stupid one to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend him to anyone looking for minor to major electrical work. Dave arrived exactly when he said he would, which was a great start. He carefully looked over everything we needed and didn’t hesitate to share his professional advice, which really helped us feel confident about the project. He gave us a clear and reasonable quote that we were happy with right from the beginning. When the day of the job came, Dave was punctual again and brought Dom, another electrician, with him. Both Dave and Dom were incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew their stuff. They worked efficiently, paying attention to detail and making sure everything was done to a high standard. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional electrician!

New Ajax system recommended and installed by Dave after our 24 year old alarm system started to show its age. Dave was professional and installed the new system having reviewed our overall security layout and any changes we may require. He provided an overview of the system capabilities and demonstrated its various functions before ensuring I had an understanding how to operate and add users to the system, on my own. He remains available for any queries we may have and provided a solid service. Thoroughly recommended.

Eat Meat Steakhouse offers delicious food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. The steak was top-quality and cooked perfectly to my request. Staff were also very welcoming, attentive and hospitable. However, the prices were a bit steep, and the odd performance—a Money Heist-themed dance—felt out of place, clashing with the otherwise classy vibe. Me and my partner were looking around the area for breakfast and we came across salt and pepper so greatful we did. Food and service is 10/10 I'm quite picky when it comes to breakfast however everything was done amazingly. If we're in the area again we'll be coming back for more. We love Salt & Pepper! 💯 We've been here several times since it opened, and I must say, it's always an absolute delight! From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the friendly staff, this place truly exudes a welcoming vibe. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, ensuring there is something for everyone's taste buds. The breakfasts are perfectly cooked using quality ingredients and the coffee is delicious. Our children rave about the waffles and the burgers! This is an amazing new spot on coppull. It is exactly what this village needs. Serving fresh delicious food. The owner is amazing and very friendly, warm and kind. The I’ve been 3 times in 2 weeks! My favourite is the special S and P baguette. Delicious! Also had home made tomato soup that was delicious and fresh! The chocolate orange cake is my new got to. Coffee is also good and excited to try the breakfast options next. Easy 10/10 if your local to the area give this a try.

Axion Electrical Services undertook a full rewire on our 1960s property. They were on time, very professional and carried out the work to a high standard. They also worked long days to ensure it was completed on time. Ryan and his team carried out everything we asked for and nothing was a problem for them. Fantastic service from start to finish. Ryan fitted 2 double power sockets to our media wall, relocated and mounted our sky box to behind the tv, fitted LED lights behind the tv and installed the new tv into the media wall. We would definitely recommend Ryan, and we have already booked in for some external lighting, he’s professional, and arrived when he said he would. Nothings too much trouble, he even came to meet the fitter when the wall/fire was being erected. Thanks Ryan.

Second job that Albert did for us, this time he installed our EV charger. Like before, can't fault his work. Come in, did the job, cleaned everything after, and even replaced some spotlights in the kitchen (no additional charge!). Definitely recommend Albert to anyone that needs a professional electrician.
