Following a neighbour's recommendation, I've used Rainsough Garage for the last couple of years and cannot fault their service. Reliable, honest and fair.

Amazing place. I got my car for a check for leakage and they did not charge anything to identify the issue. Recharged my air con gas and was charged the said amount and my AC is working wonderful now. Great place owned by a family business and are reliable.

Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

Karl did a great job first time round with my car and have been coming back ever since. Open, honest and helpful every time. Great work and all done quickly to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone.

Turned up at Samacat Autos today unannounced as I had punctured my tyre and it was deflating quickly - required fixing ASAP. Karl was fantastic - he checked and fixed it straight away. Was more than reasonable with his prices - would have paid more happily. Had lovely manners and been gave us chocolate! Lovely man and great service . Thank you very much

Through word of mouth, I went to this independent garage for 4 new tyres for my works van and was greeted by Karl who priced up the job for me. There was no pressure selling or any of that nonsense. The tyres were orders for next day and fitted whilst I went out for a butty. Whilst I was dropping off and picking up I saw a number of ‘drop-in’ customers needing services, battery changes etc. which is testament to Karl’s ability as a quality mechanic whilst giving the customer the confidence that they’re in good hands. 10/10. Will be back!

Had my Qashqai’s wishbone replaced at City Walk Garage in Pendlebury, and these guys are honestly top-notch. Super fast job, had it done in no time and the price was way better than other garages I checked out (some were charging nearly double!). The mechanics really know their stuff, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If you’re after good service without getting ripped off, definitely give them a go. Highly recommend!

Great garage, MOT failed at a local chain garage and was let down twice in obtaining brakes!, took the car across to City Walk and all the work was carried out quickly and for much cheaper, car needed some specialist electrics work , all sorted , safe to say this will be my go to garage from now on, thanks

Had some work on my car recently which was done to a high standard, I was well informed of what was happening and billing was very clear (and competitive) the way it was broken down. There was a monthly payment option which I didn't use this time but it is always handy to have that option in the future. I will definitely be back for my future mots and services.
