Unlike most garages they take the time to explain things, keep costs down on parts and do what they promise. Becky, Nathan and Carl are brilliant always have a bit of banter and they will have done most things i’ve thrown at them. We run campervan hire so we’ve had work done on VW transporters and crafters. Absolute gem of a garage.

Contacted Mersey Street Garage having been recommended to use them. My car was collected and delivered back to me. Everything was itemised and was much better value than I've been used to paying. They even told me about a slight fault I had no idea about, and had sorted it for me at no extra cost. Will definitely be using them from now on. Brilliant service.

Fantastic service. My partner was replacing a car part, but the tool he ordered to complete the job was faulty. I suggested he ask our local garage to press the part out. Wasn't sure they would agree to what was probably an unusual request, but they were so helpful and friendly. They quoted £10 and wouldn't take any more when my partner also asked them to press the new part in. Thank you so much Mersey Street Garage.

I’ve been to a few places before for a mot but nothing quite compares to Alldis mot and Matt. It was my first time going there and I’m abit last minute but Matt found a way to fit me in and accommodate me during this busy period! If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be able to drive to see my family for the Christmas period so thank you so much. I had an issue with my car in highlane the night before I came here. These guys looked at it the next day for me and got it in as soon as they could as they to fix my issue. Also had my MOT. Brilliant, cannot recommend highly enough. After a light issue being misdiagnosed at a main dealer came here and they sorted it. Ended up as a different issue at a third of the price I was originally quoted elsewhere. Pleasure to deal with too.

Paul and the crew were extremely helpful with running diagnostics on my Fiesta and getting it through an MOT. It was great that they could fit me in at short notice and I had good communication from Paul throughout works undertaken on my car.

I went to Hills for my MOT a couple of months ago, the guys there are so lovely and it was such a great price too. I’ve recently gone back to get my brake pads changed and Paul was so helpful and kept me up to date every step of the way, even letting me know the price before he did the work. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sort my car out. Like I said, the guys there are brilliant and I can’t recommend them enough!

Really wanted to leave a review for Paul & the lovely guys at Hills Auto Centre to say thank you for their help & honesty in diagnosing the faults with my car last week. Unfortunately my car was not worth repairing & Paul actually recommended to scrap the car instead even though this meant him losing the work. Not many garages would be so honest, especially to a woman. Although not the scenario I was hoping for I’m really grateful for such transparent advice & will certainly be using Hills going forward when I have a new vehicle, a brilliant garage & team!

Luke explained everything to me in detail all the work that needed to be done got all the parts and did a fantastic job and always kept me up to date. Car is running smooth again. Excellent service from Luke. He managed to book my car in at very short notice and explained in detail exactly what needed fixing and why. He promised he would complete the necessary repairs while I was at work and would have it finished that same day. He was true to his word and when I went to pick it up in the evening, he explained everything he had done and even showed me photos of the work he’d done. Luke told me exactly what would need to be done in the next six months and the signs to look for. All in all a very reassuring experience. My car is running like a dream again and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future ⭐️

I cannot recommend Hazel Grove Auto Centre highly enough. I’m from Edinburgh, Scotland. My Volvo broke down on the M60 near Stockport. AA told us the clutch failed and needed replaced. I was helped by Diane at reception who could not have done more to help. Then Dan (Mechanic) looked at the car the following day and after bleeding the clutch fluid tested the car over 2 days then Diane called me to say the car was fine to drive. It would have been so easy to tell me the clutch and master cylinder needed replaced but integrity and honesty prevailed. The account was also so reasonable for the time spent on my car. Absolutely first class garage and staff. Malky.

Have today visited this garage for the first time for attention to my car, which I expected to be a large and costly repair but was in reality a two minute remedial job. The young gentleman, whose name I didn't catch, was most helpful, efficient, professional and genuinely kind - he clipped and resecured a pipe to the car engine in a few moments, explained the issue and would accept no payment. I am extremely grateful and will certainly be taking my car to this garage for servicing in future. Many thanks to this gentleman.

Cannot fault this garage. They will always test and try the least costly option first. I needed a new alternator in the end and despite a few supplier issues and having already closed for Christmas the mechanic made sure I wasn't without a car for Christmas. They went over and above and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this garage. The car charger voltage meter was also a great recommendation. I now know the battery is fully charged at all times!
