I am really pleased with the quick service I received with my ball joint replacement and the guys are welcoming. Got turned away by other garages because they couldn't fit me in till August. But I am really pleased the guys were able to fit me in at the end of the week. Most importantly, done at a good price will be a returning customer already got my MOT booked!!

Brilliant garage. In fact in my 45 years of driving, the Leybourne MoT Centre have proven to be the best. They are efficient, fair and explain things to me so I understand. All the guys are very polite too. My son first recommended them to me a couple of years ago and Im so glad he did. Great service and highly recommend them.

As a review for the dealer i would say first class customer service from Paul from begining to end. Never once felt under any pressure. Great choice of the model i wanted and well presented. Good follow up and additional services. As for the car i could not be happier !

Superb customer service from day one, when I just went into look at what models they had, to when the car was handed over. We recently got the MOT of our van done here, I cannot recommend them enough! They went above and beyond to help us, giving up their time to wait later than their opening hours when we were held up on the ferry. The service was fantastic, friendly and helpful. 100% recommend jake after i messed up my car after me snapping hard brake line gave jake a call which i could nt get through he called me bk listened to my problem ordered parts needed came out to me on my drive fabricated new brake pipe fitted new discs calipers and pads bled whole system gettin me bk on the road within a couple hours all other garages quoted a hell of alot more and could nt fit me in for two to three weeks very proffesional and knowledgeable mechanic will be using again for sure thanks jake your a legend

Had a problem with my vehicle coming off the Ferry in Dover… I contacted J Clubb Mobil Mechanic via his phone number advertised online, he wanted some photos and information about my problem which I sent to him via WhatsApp. Jake sourced and ordered the parts at his local motor-factors which wouldn’t arrive until 2pm. By 3pm Jake had them all perfectly fitted and got me back on the road and happily heading home without any fuss at all. Can’t recommend Jake enough after pulling through for me like this and at such short notice too :) Cheers Jase

Our motorhome broke down in France six months ago and had to be transported back to the UK, once a transporter driver was finally found (two months later.) It was taken to a main dealer in the area, who messed us about for another two and a half months before finally saying they couldn't fix it. A friend told us to try Thompsett Kent and we're so glad they did. Friendly, helpful, completely professional, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and did the repair in two weeks! We've used Thompsett before as they are one of the few that can manage a large Fiat based motorhome (Fiat commercial main dealers tend to be a waste of time for this stuff). Ownership has recently changed hands but I'm happy to say that the quality and helpfulness of the team remains at the same high standard. A niggling problem with the turbo that two Fiat garages couldn't resolve has now been fixed and it's like driving a new van. The bill for the fix was less than Fiat charged to tell us they couldn't find the problem.

Recently started storing the motorhome at Medway Bridge Marina so wanted to find somewhere close for some work and MOT, rang around and got a recommendation to Thomsett, now H&F. Friendly staff and kept informed of progress. Decent price, very happy, well done team, I’ll be using them from now on 👍

Did a fuel vaporizer on my van and it was completed quickly and to a high standard. The people in the garage are very kind and helpful.

Called them as our exhaust sleeve broke, leaving us unsure whether the car was safe to drive. They looked at the car straight away, ordered a part and repaired it all within an hour. Very polite, friendly and honest. Would highly recommend.
